Yeah I've got to agree with Mkall here. Giving honest feedback can lead to possible changes that may improve sales and the mold in general. Not liking a WiP shouldn't classify you as an a-hole.

I agree with Mkall as well, Astronopolis maybe you need to go back and re-read the replies.. It was feedback, that is all. I know if The maker of this approached me face to face and asked me my opinion I would give him exactly what it is. Hopefully he would take that and make whatever improvements were necessary.

And to be honest, this is a wrong situation to use "internet anonymity".. No one is seriously insulting someone else or threatening them with the guise to hide behind their keyboard.

While I agree with a lot of what has been said, I'm actually optimistic about this. I just started on turning a WFC Megatron into a Galvatron yesterday. I couldn't find the Henkei one anywhere so I figured repeating some of the other great customs out of this figure was the right step for adding him to my classics shelf. If this ends up actually being anything like Protector or City Commander I'd love it!

(Not truly related but the Tokyo Toy Show black version was the model I used and that purple they replaced the original red is amazing. Plus they threw in a Nemesis Prime too!)

I'd hate to cover up the details of the figure since I'm one of the few who has liked everything WFC so far.

i can see your point. it was probably a poor choice of words on my part to call everyone a-holes, and i hope nobody took it personally, because i certainly didn't mean it that way.

as someone in art school i find it frustrating when artwork is assessed and dismissed before its finished, as its happened to me before. reading through the comments again, i realize that my reply was a tad defensive. sorry guys!

What anonymity? I have a direct link to my freaking facebook page lol. I stand by my assessment. Paint won't save that sculpt. It definitely needs quite a bit of work. If the person making this is pleased with their results, hey awesome for them. If this is being made available for sale, then I'm gonna say my piece.

Ok, I'mma throw this question out there - would an *ahem*"upgrade kit" for WFC Megatron into Galvatron be more suited to have him match up to FP's Protector upgrade for Hot Rod? Hell wouldn't one also be better for just Galvatron himself or better yet just Classics/Henkei Megatron?

If they do A LOT of polishing up this could be interesting. Still a WIP though so there may be a lot of refinement yet to happen. Needs moar IDW. lol

Hey guys, this is my first post so be gentle.

I must say that I see alot of potential here, sure it needs work and some downsizing but as a whole, its very interesting. Looking at the WFC Megatron, I think the proportions of this kit aren't THAT bad, just look at Megs lower legs. Now that being said, the head sculpt is a bit much and I'd like to see Megatrons gun receive some love and be usable by Galvatron. Maybe some parts that connect over the barrel of the fusion cannon and flow under the gun to tab in the arm. I'm interested to see where this is headed, if anywhere.

I'll just stick to the TRU WFC 3-Pack. This upgrade set, while WIP, just looks too horrendous.

I don't even see the point of making it since we have no idea what WFC Galvatron looks like.

WOW times a billion. this upgrade kit is amazing.

I'm just floored that all the galvatron add-on pieces increase a deluxe size to a gigantic $27 usa ultra sized TF toy. city commander is huge & that side by side galvatron kit toy reveals the galvatron upgrade kit looks to be $27 usa ultra TF toy sized.

Sadly I lack a WFC Megatron toy. but now i'm gonna get one. perhaps i'll get the superior Takara United WFC Megatron toy. or the 2 pack WFC TRU toy.

I agree with other seibertron members reagrding their comments on saying the ADD-on galvatron kit parts looks/feels boated/fat.

this galvatron bloated kit add-on. sort of reminds me of the bloated energon leader sized megatron/galvatron toy. I say bloated because hasbro made certain parts fatter/bloated when they increased the super-link galvatron voyager toy into a leader sized toy.

Personally,from the way I view things right now. the 3rd party company should have just created a 100% new mold $27 usa ultra sized galvatron toy mold. this looks to be a rather exstensive upgrade kit,they should have just create a 100% new mold instead.

I think add-on kits only make sense if their trailers that form robot armor pieces. or extremly minor upgrade add-on kits,like replacing a robot head,giving the toy different guns/accessories.

Colour scheme, head swap and a re-worked cannon and you're pretty much done. I look at the figure as it is and it screams Galvatron more then it does Megatron.

everything looks big his head arms legs are they trying to make it look like voyager? doesnt look like it could transform looks intersting very good than universe glavatron we got
