Help: List of all Dragon Transformer Toys?

Ok... if you're someone who knows me personally, then you might know I'm just starting the beginnings of a themed collection... What would that be, you might ask? Dragon Transformers!

So, I figured I'd just compile a list of all that are in existance while I was at it. I'm just not sure I've got them all listed (those with a strike through them are ones I've managed to get my mits on since I started my little "quest"):

G1/G2/V/Etc...
Doublecross
Snapdragon
Deathsaurus/Deszaras
Hun-Grr
Cindersaur
Guzzle

BW/BM/BWN/BWII
Tm2 Megatron
BM Megatron
Mechatron
Happy Meal BM Megatron (Thanks Scaleface!)
BM Beastchanger (Savage Noble? If he counts...)
BWII Galvatron (Dragon/Drill Tank)

RID/Carrobots
Megatron (Gigatron)
Galvatron (Devil Gigatron)
Cryotek

Armada/Micron Densetsu
None, AFAIK

Energon/Superlink
None

Universe
...none, again?

Cybertron/Galaxy Force
Scourge (Flame Convoy)
LOC Scourge
Cryo Scourge

Then there's that Kabaya "Blockformer" Flame Convoy... but it's not really a TF in my eyes... 'least, I don't think it is. >o>;

Classics
Minicon Nightscream
LOC Trypticon

Botcon Exclusives
Deathsaurus

Lucky Draw (snowball's chance in hell on finding either of these, but it's a list of ALL Dragon TF's, so...)
Sky Lynx (Flame Convoy Repaint)
Gold BWII Galvatron (or was he silver...)

...any that I missed? Anything I screwed up? Help's appreciated muchly, since it'd be nice to have a complete/accurate list to go by in the future. :)

I would definitely consider sinnertwin and hungrr dragons, I mean what the hell else are they? They are like cerebus's... but duobuses.. I dunno.

Trypticon doesn't cound to me, you'd have to consider Grimlock as well.

Sounds fun! All I have are themed collections, they always look the best displayed, methinks.

Hun-Grr I was almost sure was some kind of two-headed dragon, Sinnertwin I wasn't sure (And the only name for his alt I've seen is simply "two headed creature")... either way, thanks for the advice! As for Trypticon/Gigastorm, I just found their bio's where they're described as Dinosaurs so... I guess that answers that particular question. XD

I edited my first post to reflect those I'd managed to find so far. Granted, it's only six out of eighteen (not counting Lucky draw. x__x'), but... I have to start somewhere, right? XD

I do know that the likes of Deathsaurus (Both versions, the G1 and the Botcon) are going to be hell to find. The two Lucky Draw's are out of the question unless I was financially suicidal, and even RID Cryotek seems to evade me time and again. -_-;

So, I'm basically going to go cheap and work my way up to the most expensive/rare ones. Next targets are more than likely Cryo Scourge and Classics Trypticon, since they're recent and prolly easy to snatch up. :)

Haha, yeah, I'll knock over a bank. XD

I did actually see a Lucky Draw Sky Lynx on Ebay sometime last year in April or May, but the guy wanted $1,200 for it. o.O I'm not sure if anyone actually purchased it or not, but man... Wayyy to expensive for my blood until I get a really good-paying job. It's fun to dream, though... :P

I say the ultimate transfoming robot to dragon toy is by far the 1/100 HG Epyon kit. To bad he can't get MG/PG treatment. As for the Terrorcons, with the exception of Cutthroat, who the hell knows what they're supposed to be. Sure we can say a couple of 2 headed dragons, a pteradactyl, a mini-T rex (Rippersnapper,I guess that's what he is) but what I've been wondering for years is what in the F***ing hell is Blot?!?!?

I think Snapdragon is a Dinosaur, not a dragon. He's no more a dragon than Grimlock.

You might also want to count Beast Machines Mechatron and McDonalds Happy Meal Beast Machines Megatron.

Does Magmatron's "Tri-Dinoasur Fuzor" mode count as a dragon?

Sadly the only Dragon for Universe was not produced, it was a remold of RiD Megatron as Beast Machines Megatron.

I thought about Mechatron, but I didn't know if he was really a Transformer or not. O.o

Happy Meal Megs, though, totally slipped my mind. *goes to look him up* Son of a gun, you're right, he is a dragon. XP

A strangely cute albeit wierd looking one...

Also, if you want to get into knockoffs, there is a shrunken knockoff of TM2 Megatron which is black and green which I really liked. I have a knockoff of RiD Megatron I like to have stand in for the unproduced Universe Megatron toy.

Additionally, for those who like obscure toys, and they are official, the Happy Meal Beast Machines toys were released in a variety of colors in Australia at Red Roosters. I think there are 5 variants of it out there.

Here are some pictures of some variants, like this green Megatron dragon, Jetstorm and Tankor:

You can get these guys pretty easily on ebay from australia, but shipping costs a lot.

Is that the Big Lots KO that you're talking about?

I have that one and it looks to be about the same size as TM2 Megs....

I've seen it shrink too. I think even the regular one is a little shrunk. Just as the RiD Megatron toy is slightly larger.

Well, the only thing I've ever heard Rippersnapper being called is shark creature (I think I read that in the DW MTMTE guide books). Blot? Your guess is as good as mine. I always thought he was a gorilla or something.

According to what I've heard, Deszaras is supposed to be some sorta kaiju-ish bird monster, not a dragon.

I know you were talking about the lucky draw version of sky lynx from GF, and I remember always stumbling across it when I go looking for prototypes and testshots on ebay.

So here you go

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of A: Beast Transformers and B: Flame Convoy, but damn that thing looks great. I think the figure would have been a ton better if they had gave him wrist movement.

As for a dragon I would recommend, BW2 Galvatron. Such an awsome figure.

Yeah, I should've mentioned I found that LD Skylynx on Ebay recently, but still, 900 smackers? Out of my range for a long, long time. x_x I do like him colorwise, better than Cryo Scourge (who's nifty in his own right, mind you...). And yes, some better articulation in the arms (and in the dragon's head) would have made him one of the best dragons out there.

And believe me, I'm definitely lookin' for BWII Galvy. From the photogalleries on S-tron he looks fantastic... Unfortunately it's hell to find him on Ebay for a decent price with all the fleecers out there. D:

Also, I'm not against vehicle/object Transformers or anything, I just... tend to like the animal TF's better. I'm still definitely going to be collecting "other" TF's in between as I pursue my dragons, though. Like MP Megs (hopefully), for example.

I found the Korean version of BW2 Galvatron for like $20. The quality is great and it's identicle to the Japanese version.

As for MP Megatron, I hear tell of a nasty rumor (that's about to hit the news page in like 5 minutes) about Megatron

EDIT: Wait, nevermind. I found one that's Korean going for $24. I'll have to keep that one on my watchlist.

Eeeew. That is a fairly nasty rumor. DX Here's hoping it's not legit.

As for Skylynx, most places I've seen call it a "bird mode"... but yeah, I can see where a dragon fits into that equation... :-? Thanks Overcracker, I'll add him in.

I always thought of Sky Lynx as bird/ lion/ griffon (-ish thingy.) (Archaeopteryx/ Lynx/ "Griffon?") So if he would count, so would that tigerhawk fuzor thing from beast wars, and the owlbear thing. Forgive my not knowing the actual names of the toys.

So, what's going to count as a dragon? I figure a dragon TF at least needs to be reptilian in its alt mode. No?
