2.More gun fighting, like everyone used there gun once except ironhide.
3.Optimus actually putting up a fight against megs.
4.less screen time for Frenzy
5.More barricade and starscream
6.Kill Ironhide. I had this cool thought of Ironhide carging toward blackout and screamer getting blasted,pieces of him falling off.Tackeling blackout to the ground,landing on him and unleashing a fully charged blast killing them both. Then out of the smoke comes a F-22 with it missing one wing, heading out to space.

1. No hacker sub plot
2. No masturbation scene
3. More robots beating the sh*t out of each other
4. Less Frenzy

1. More fightin'. Guns and all.
2. More Barricade.
3. More screentime for Bonecrusher.
4. Less Decepticons getting their asses kicked.

Well for me


1. More screen time of the decepticons, especially Brawl and Bonecrusher

2. A better death scene for Blackout, getting shot in the crotch was a bad way to go.

3. Having Bonecrusher fight another autobot before his fight with Prime, Ironhide or Ratchet in which he defeats the Autobot ( not killed just beatened) then charges Prime who now has a little more incentive to chop his head off.

4. Cut out the 50 cent and masturbation-joke scenes, unfunny and unneeded

5. Cut out Megatron calling Sam a boy for a second time ( first time was ok second time nah).

6. Little less screen time of Bumblebee ( yes i know he is a major character) for more time of the other Transformers, both Autobot and Decepticon.

Well I saw the movie on dvd, and I really wanted to like it, I did. But over careful review, these are the things I would change.

1. More fighting, more weapons.

2. Less humans,there were too many, Sector 7 having both Megatron and the Allspark is what really killed it for me.

3. Prime putting up a better fight against megatron.

4. No killing Jazz, I felt like I barely got to know him in this movie. I felt like I didnt get to know any of the characters at all.

1. Less of the 'getting a car' business.

2. More robots.

3. Prime not being so much of a wuss...

4. Less of the 'taking forever to find the glasses at Sam's house' scene.

5. Scorponok surviving and jumping out of Blackout's back when he dies, then him, along with the Xbox/car/Mountain Dew machine putting an attack on the humans around them. They eventually get annihilated, of course.

6. Put in the Michael Bay-gets-plucked-out-of-his-car-by-Megatron scene.

7. Find out what happens to Barricade.

1. No masturbation joke.
2. More screen time for the Cons.
3. Sector 7 does not keep "N.B.E.-1" and The Cube at the same location.
4. Prime kills Megs, not Sam.

hated that scene with the cop - its not that it was unfunny, just unneeded.
masturbation joke went on too long - it was funny though and also unneeded.
preferred some of the dialogue from the leaked script especially barricade's line of "where are the prostthetic lenses??!!" instead of "where are the glasses?" Hated prime's "my bad" "calm down, calm down" and "what's the matter with you?" lines. that's ust not prime's way. guess they were trying to make him more human.
also, wouldve made the action slower. it was impossible to see half the action at times.

1. More Autobots/Decepticons.
2. Less of Sam wooing Mikeala (heck her name!)
3. Less 'Cons dying at the hands of humans.
4. Less humans killing 'Cons.
5. Sturdier cameraman who doesn't film like he's in a warzone (a war movie does not have to be thhaaatt realistic)
6. Clearer battle scenes.

i never liked the whole megatron crash lands-frozen-iceman story to begin with. and i agree with pretty much everything else, less house bedroom scene, less human sector 7 hacking stuff, more decepicon screen time. its hard to believe they probably put so much time anf effort into designing bonecrusher and "devastator" and they were in it for no more than a minute.

Changing from Weaving to welker.

As for any other changes, I liked the movie enough the way it was. Maybe give starscream and the other transformers about 10-20 mins more of screen time in fights, etc. Other than that I liked the movie the way it was done, even though I don't particularly like Bay's other movies.

NO KILLING OF JAZZ! also more screen time for the decepts and givem better deaths while they're at it

Thank you. that was just B.S. OPtimus is clearly capable of hangin' with bigger robots than he is in a fight.

I wonder why Bay did that.

1. Have Optimus actually look like Optimus. I couldn't believe that was him when he first came out the pool. At the one in the comics that was pre-earth mode LOOKED like Optimus.
2. At least 2 more Autobots (Arcee being one)and one new decepticon (an original female character) and the "new" decepticon characters having ol' school names (Blackout=Vortex and Devestator=Brawl).
3. LESS FOCUS ON HUMANS. Someone once pointed out that it was like a Superman movie that focused more on Jimmy Olsen.
4. Ironhide being red instead of black. And actually acting like the G-1 personality instead of some borderline Triggerhappy nut (he wanted to shoot everything). Ironhide was an old solider but nothing like the movie one.
5. Michael J. Fox as BumbleBee.
6. Carly instead of Mikaela. I have her keep calling Sam Spike .
7. That there was a Prime before Optimus Prime. Didn't really care for the whole Optimus and Megatron ruling Cybertron together

um dude the pool waz Ironhide. Jazz landed in the baseball field, Rachet in the alley and prime landed in the open field and Ironhide looks WAY better in black

Um ok, I kept trying to tell some one that that wasn't Optimus that got out of the pool, but I wasn't sure. Even when he was standing in the field you couldn't tell it was Optimus until after he changed into the truck. Naww, dude, they could've at least made him dark red.
Lemme ask you this; if you had to guess who was who (with the exception of Optimus and Bumblebee - and maayybe Megatron) would you get it just on sight alone? Without seeing any names whatsoever

I don't have much criticism to be honest. I guess I would have preferred more screen time and characterization for all of the transformers, particularly the Decepticons, but I understand why everything was the way it was.

When you consider the average move goer knows next to nothing about the universe besides one or two names and a handful of childhood memories I think the movie accomplished the introduction wonderfully.

I thought the masturbation jokes were pretty funny the first time through though that glasses scene at the house does drag on after the second or third watch.

Can't wait for TF2 to see the new transformer designs, possibility of Galvatron (Welker finnaly...?), Arcee. Should be fantastic.

Made me wanna buy a '77 Camaro. How many movies can say that?

prolly yes. Jazz is short so he's a giveaway, and Ironhide is the blukyest. But I can see where people could get confused. Until I saw the movie i thought rachet landed in the baseball field and jazz landed in the alley. And Prime is already red, so i think black is the next best color for Ironhide, although it does hide details on the toy version

1)All characters talk more and look like the G1 characters, (i say look don't have to be exact), and prime has to have his G1 blaster

2) less frenzy, like a single shot of him being introduced then dying

3) Megan fox, Bikini scenes, Pole dancing would be good etc etc (u get my drift)

4) and change allspark to Matrix

megan fox idea= pure awsomesauce, but i like sam better than spike

1 - Ditch the following lines:
"English, dude, speak english" (both times)
"This is too smart for Iranian scientists"

2 - Change scenes immediately after Glen screams when the cops bust in. No running from the cops, etc.

3 - Less of an exaggerated accent from the telephone operator. Or a different actor altogether

^^While I don't think the flick was racist, things like this are shady and I could certainly see where that impression came from.

4 - NO SHAKYCAM PLEASE

5 - Give Frenzy a deeper voice. I didn't mind him, but he sounded like an Ewok on crack.

6 - Barricade...what happened to you?

7 - More Bonecrusher time, and a little bit more Starscream. Additionally, the 'cons should not have fallen so quickly.

6 - It's Brawl. Not Devastator, for pete's sake.

1. Keep the faceplate on prime (I didnt mind the mouth before but I was watching the movie and towards the end when prim says "sam" with his faceplate on it looks sooooo cool and old school!)

2. More interaction between megatron and starscream (the 1 10 second scene with them both was awesome!)

And well, i've got some other grievances but those are the two up front for me right now...

Well, lets just hope that the next movie will pick up on fan's reaction and have a little more Autobot and Decepticon screen time and battles and a lil less of humans.

the one glaring thing that bugs me about the new movie is that Bumblebee and Barricade just started fighting, and we cut away to watch Frenzy ripping the pants off of Sam.

I think it should have kept cutting back and forth, fine, show Frenzy and Sam fighting, but show Barricade and BB duking it out as well.

also Mikeala hacking at Frenzy with a recipricating saw was just ridiculous. There's no way in hell that would have cut his head off. They should have given her a hatchet, that would have made sense. For someone who has used that type of saw a lot, it's hard to watch. It's like watching someone start a fire by rubbing their hands together, it just doesn't work like that.

as for the "english dude, english" I thought that part was funny and the people in the theatres I saw it in laughed at that part. In the good ol' US of A, more and more we're being barraged with different languages, and more and more people are expecting us to learn their language instead of them learning English. Road signs, billboards, items on fast food menus, they're all becoming "something that isn't english," which of course has a lot of native English language speakers upset. So I actually did enjoy that part of the movie and didn't see it as rascist as much as being 'real.' That's how a lot of people feel these days.

Which is why those, "Why should I dial 3 for English?" T-Shirts are starting to become so popular.
