I bought PP03T when it came out.it has been on the stand the whole time.I noticed today that a crack has formed on the cockpit.I was wondering should I contact igear about it.

whenever ive asked igear anything ive had a responce within a day or so

I have emailed igear 4 times about this.They have never replied.After this and never receiving golden bee.I will never buy from igear again.I feel sorry for the people who per-ordered pp05 and will never receive it.

the hell are you talking about? igear answers people pretty much all the time unless you talk to them like an arsehole.

what exactly did you say to them? if you just sent an email DEMANDING stuff then of course they wont answer you

also you cant expect to just be given golden bee. For starters he was a LIMITED item and they probably ran outa him ages ago due to all the people buying the conehead seekers. Unless igear themselves tell you that they are giving you a golden bumblebee because you paid over 300 or whatever it is AND that they still have them left...well you cant really complain

ive delt with igear tons of times and im in the uk and have been able to have a steady flow of emails from them.

if you want a real arsehole company then try emailing hasbro

I have never been hateful in any emails or demanding to igear.I have two different emails from them that said I had won the golden bee when I ordered PP03T,PP03L,PP03D back when they were first released.If you get fast email responses from them great.I have not so I'll take my business elsewhere.

just email igear saying you were given this in an email

copy-paste your WON GOLD BEE into the email

but say that you didnt get it and ask if they can send it considering you sent to much money there way. Im sure they will send it directly to you

you do understand igear is actually just a small group of people and only 1 of them deals with the emails? just keep contacting them until you get a responce

Yes I ordered from Igear's website I was going to order from tf source but they were no longer on there site.I just want to get the igear skywarp I ordered if I get golden bee I'll be happy.If I don't it is okay It was suppose to be a free gift anyway.I feel igear has way too many projects going at once.
