Last post I wrote:I will now destroy this unlikely creation that is apparently comprised of 4 non godlike beings. Juggernaut given the psionic powers of Jean Grey, and Xavier by magneto only to kill the master of magnetism and acquire the pheonix force.(Charles not being needed in this equation anymore because the pheonix will raise any psionic's ability to the fullest)
This story will commence with Exodus wanting revenge for his fallen mentor...
Exodus realizing his power alone is inadequate devises his plan of vengence...
Exodus first tricks Rogue into coming somewhere were he takes her unaware. He posses her mind then has her body absorb his fully. "This is for betraying Magneto. You will feel the pain of my death and the rebirth of my mind within you." The psychological trauma of killing someone with her own hands causes Rogue to hide in the very depths of her mind. Exodus now haves the powers of Rogue in addition to his own. (only costing him his gender, a small price for the loss of his mentor, savior, and one true friend)
Next he uses his vast psionic powers to locate the original Jamie Madrox (if this feat is in question he could simply locate every Jamie Madrox with relative ease) absorbing him fully. "For killing one of my followers.. I will use you as a tool of retributution." I trust you know what powers
this Exodus now posses.
Now, for the final ingredient for Exodus' plan to succeed... He sends out a powerful psionic request for help stating the current situation on earth, knowing only the foolish Silver Surfer would come to his aid. I think you know were this is headed... After fully absorbing the Silver Surfer (and his power cosmic... nifty powerup that it is hehe...) he tells the Surfer, "Someone with your limited intelligence should not be wielding the power cosmic." Thus he impales the silver corps with the surfboard and send it sailing to the cosmos. The battle begins.
Exodus teleports to the Juggernaut then boast he is a better host for the phoenix and to prove it will challenge him for ownership of the phoenix force.
The Juggernaut, refusing the terms of the challenge, charges in with a punch (albeit pscionicly powered) at an incredible speed. Exodus, now possessing the deceased Silver Surfer's speed and reflexes, simply sidesteps from the attack. Then noting, "If we are going to fight, we should not do it here." at the end of his words they are teleported infront of a blackhole, that they may battle like true cosmic beings.
Juggernaut never being in outer space, without a suit of some sort (covering for original and current Juggernaut here), starts gasping for air not realizing he doesn't need to breath. This lapse in judgment, last but for a moment. At which time Exodus does not take advantage yet meerly laughs. This angers the Juggernaut who again tries to physically attack. Exodus moving away again says, "Someone with such limitless psionic powers should learn how to use them." At which point Juggernaut taps that power from the Phoenix and takes this battle to the astral plane.
The astral plane is flooded with laughter and a subtle battle cry of a bird... a Phoenix. The Juggernaut now stating, "I will show you my psionic abilities." and goes charging in with a punch. However when in the astral plane, were thoughts and actions are as one, he is able to strike Exodus with a devastating blow. Exodus, not being defeated by the overall force, confuses Juggernaut. Exodus whispers, “I haven't had a meal like that in years" thinking back to his battle with X-man. Exodus charges in with a punch, stops half way when the Juggernaut is struck by a psionic force field from behind. Juggernaut stagers from the attack but is not hurt. This opening allows Exodus to pummel Juggernaut with cosmic level psionic blasts. Juggernaut feeling pain for the first time since his newly gained powers thinks back to his fight with Cytorak (the only way he could possibly pull anything off in the astral plane anyway is if he fought him) and in a rage starts striking down Exodus with a berserker barrage of telekinetic enhanced punches. Exodus, realizing he cannot take to much more of this, teleports out of harms way.
Exodus begins another blitz of psionic fury. While firing his blast; Juggernaut teleports behind him with a mighty backhand. Soon realizing it did not strike Exodus, but has hit a force field. Exodus tells him, "You still have a lot to learn and I am unwilling to teach you." Now the enraged Juggernaut, taking this very personally, unleashes an unfathomable psionic blasted of cosmic proportions which destroys Exodus' force field and forces him to leave the astral plane.
Juggernaut peruses Exodus from the astral plane. Upon his arrival Juggernaut boasts, "So was that all you had to teach me? Ha!"
Exodus replies, "That was unexpected, but I'll keep it in mind."
Juggernuat stating, "Like I'll give you enough time to remember...Charles!"
At which point Juggernaut unleashes his final... fully-powered, cosmic-level, psionic-assault. Exodus bears witness to the dreaded Phoenix image in the background with her wings fully outstretched with Juggernauts arms in the same position. Charging up massive psionic energy spheres around each hand, thus bring them together in a cosmic clap proclaiming, "Nice try Chuck!"
The beam of energy came towards Exodus; its flash of light was a beacon to all. When it looked like it was the end for Exodus, Exodus shows up and turns the blast into a rainbow... in space.
Exodus^1 turns to Exodus^2 and says, "Thanks, but I think I can take it from here." That is when Exodus^3 shows up.
"We know; we just finished early. We all decided to watch."
At this time Juggernaut asked, "Finished what?"
That is when Exodus^8 tells him, "While this dupe was occupying you, we decided to ask Sage for a favor. Then promptly made more dupes, went through earth collecting the powers of the inhabitants. A few were sent to the Shiar and Kree empires. We met back with the original and became one again. At which time the original Exodus (Exodus^0) sent us out to watch this fight."
Exodus^2 looks toward Exodus^1 and says, "Maybe you should stop fooling around and finish this fight so you can become one with us again."
Exodus^1 replies, "Well considering you guys finished early I should too." and begins to truly wield the power cosmic. This enhances the strength and durability many times over that of the Hulk. After this, two dupes of Exodus^1 join the battle. In a vocal trio they say, "Shall we continue this here or the astral plane?"
At this time Juggernaut finally realizes that Exodus^1 has been siphoning off his own psionic powers and with the additional two the siphon has grown exponentially. Also taking into fact that Exodus^1 only made two dupes, and could easily make several more, with no other option says, "I surrender..."
Exodus^1 replies, "Funny, I don't recall that being an option." at the speed of light Exodus slams a hand into Juggernauts mouth, shattering his teeth, producing another dupe. Juggernaut, swallowing the dupe whole, asks, "What was that going to accomplish?" He buckles over before hearing the answer from within.
"Absorbing you... the easy way"
Exodus^1 tells the Phoenix, "Now be a good girl and run back with Rachael, were you belong, before this host dies on you." At which point the Phoenix leaves the dying host, who can no longer breath in space. (Cytorak is dead. Exodus^13 replaced him) The dupe with in the Juggernaut explodes from the corpse and returns to Exodus^1.
With Juggernaut defeated, and Magneto brought back to life,(a feat comic Exodus claims capable of on his own) the Exodus return to the original. The enlighten Exodus^0 brings back Madrox and Norrin Radd. (Not silver surfer) Makes a dupe and puts Rogue's mind in there say only, "Thanks"
The original Exodus^0 after absorbing all the other dupes within, decides to claim all the powers of the other cosmic beings... the cosmic deities. Proclaiming, "If they weren't willing to stop such abuse of the phoenix force then they have no right to their powers as well." A dupe attacks Galactus, Death, Eternal, and a few Celestials; but upon touching them realizes the stunning truth. In unison Galactus, Death, Eternal, and Celestials utter the unspeakable...
"Exodus... I am you..."
