Actually only in the cartoon version was Scorponok as large as a city any comic version we saw him in then he is roughly the size of Grimlock. In cartoon Scorponok wins in the comics Megatron owns Scorponok sorry little headmaster and all. Megatron just too brutal of a fighter to lose to Scorponok.Bluebullet wrote:Scorponok is as big as a city or two. Megatron is the size of 5 cars. Scorpy wins. Big time.
Where did you get that from that Scorponok was a great deal stronger than Shockwave? In the comics Shockwave and Scorponok fought a pretty evenly matched battle that is untill Powermaster Prime interrupted their fight neither one was anywhere achieving victory over the other and there was definately no tell tale signs that said one was stronger than the other. If we are talking comics Scorponok despite Scorponok been the larger of the two Megatron still wins. Just because your larger doesn't necessarily guarantee a victory.Stormwolf wrote:Scorponok was a great deal stronger then Shockwave, so I take it that the same applies to Megatron.
However, Megatron could still pull off a quick victory if he uses the blackhole tap.

Ah but if you had read it Shockwave had also knocked Scorponok to the ground earlier in the fight then fired on Scorponok and buried him under a pile of wreckage then flew down to see if his last blast had destroyed Scorponok. Scorponok then surprised Shockwave by bursting through the rubble and grabbed a nearby boat and smashing Shockwave over the head and before Shockwave could recover from his surprise Scorponok managed to knock Shockwave down and just because Scorponok had knocked Shockwave down doesn't mean Shockwave was finished it just meant Prime had intervened before Shockwave could get back to his feet to continue his fight with Scorponok. In issue #6 of marvel Transformers run Shockwave took a full blast from Megatrons fusion cannon which sent him sailing over the landscape for several miles and still got back to his feet to continue his battle with a still weakend Megatron. If Shockwave can get back to his feet after a blast from Megatrons fusion cannon then he can certainly withstand been knocked to the ground by Scorponok. I am sorry but you are greatly mistaken Shockwave was far from finished when Prime arrived infact he was ready to continue if memory serves correctly he flew up into the air and transformed to cannon mode ready to fire on Scorponok but was hit with a huge electrical blast from Circuitbreaker and then Primus transported all the combatants to Cybertron to prepare for the Unicron battle.Stormwolf wrote:Galaxion wrote:Where did you get that from that Scorponok was a great deal stronger than Shockwave? Well, you clearly didn't read it too well.
Shockwave wasn't doing too hot.

Way to go God Sunstreaker I am glad someone else sees the fight between Shockwave and Scorponok the same way I do. I totally agree Megatron wins.God Sunstreaker wrote:Stormwolf wrote:Galaxion wrote:Where did you get that from that Scorponok was a great deal stronger than Shockwave? That was just one punch dude. No way Shockwave was down for the count.
I hope you don't employ this lopsided interpretation of comics whenever you're actually serious or I’m just going to have to ignore you from now on.....oh wait, nothing's changed.![]()
And Megatron wins because I like him better.

Only in Transformers Energon did Megatron kill Scorponok in the G1 universe Megatron and Scorponok never actually met in battle. Although if they had then my money is still on Megatron to win.

Scorponok and Megatron did meet during Timewars, but Galvatron trashed Scorponok in about 5 seconds.
