It says I need to have cookies enabled. What does that mean?

It means that your security is set to not allow the site's cookies.

For most web services, go to tools and then Internet Options.

Click on the Privacy tab and move the cursor to accept all cookies.

The problem that I am having though is that when I chose which car I want and hit the select bot button nothing happens.
