Rodimus Prime wrote:My interest is once again heightened in this. The main selling point for me was how it would scale with MP-01, and I think it scales well. Now I'm imagining Daca's Jetfire next to them, and it looks pretty damn good. Then add the DinoRobots, and that's a pretty good line-up in the "now-dead" MP scale. The official scale may be smaller, but these figures, barring any QC problems, are pretty awesome. Of course, I've seen only Snarl so far, so it also depends on what the other DinoRobots look like.

You just named a bunch of 3rd party items. When it comes to official MP figures, the MP-01 scale is dead.

You got it all backwards. Hasbro is the one that pays liscense fees to Takara on the Transformers brand.

More than that, DacaToy's Jetfire and the DinoRobots are both scaled to MP-10, not MP-01, so the argument is moot. They may 'look good' with MP-01, but that's not for whom they were intended.
MP-01 scale is dead.

MP-01 scale is dead.
I'm not arguing that the MP-01 scale is dead. I'm saying that, to me, the figures I listed look better with MP-01 than MP-10. I'm not saying it's something set in stone, or it should be. It's just my opinion. It's irrelevant if you disagree, it's not gonna change my mind, it's a matter of personal preference. You can like the current MP scale, that's fine. I have no problem with that or the scale itself. I just prefer MP-01 over MP-10 when it comes to Optimus figures. Just because the manufacturer (and probably even the majority of the fandom) says MP-10 is better, doesn't mean I can't like MP-01 better. My choice.

I'm not even sure what an Ultra Magnus is any more. Ultra Magnus? Or Mega Magnus, Voyager Magnus, Leader Magnus!

MP-22 & MP-VictorySaber might bring the MP-01 toy scale back.

Wait......is this not speculation?
Shouldn't that topic be posted on MP-01 scale is back or something and not KFC HM not UM
In this day and age, just about any Tom, Dick and Harry can claim this and that, but at the same time, others will call you out if you've got nothing to substantiate your claims.

You're deathy, also known as Tidalwavex or TigerMegatron, and finally dinogeist.
You have the exact same posting style - with a love for the word "I" and forgetting to add spaces between your commas, as well as dropping & instead of and.
