I'm guessing it's the same story with BBTS. Not-Stunticon Down Force came in, so I'm guessing they had a shipment come in.

Indeed, the core figure (Paladin, right?) is much bigger than the PCC commanders. I was not expecting that. My Jungle Type is going to look shrimpish next to Chaos (fully combined "Fallen" mode, right?)
