He DOES look good. I had no plans of getting him, but decided to preorder just in case. Can always cancel it.

Dang. I let it sink in and process and I just can't do it right now. Perhaps not at all. I don't mind paying for quality, but I just got into a fight with my lady over our car payment, so....

It's my favorite combiner. I HAVE to pre-order this. I'd be silly not to.
before this figure, i couldnt give two poops over computron. to me, he just looks that good. im drooling over this figure.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Computron is one of the combiners I don't feel it's worth spending 3rd party prices on.

one thing i dont understand is how flabbergasted everyone is over the price. given past third party prices, its completely accurate. cheaper even. they could have easily slapped a 450-500 price tag on him. FP menasor is 390 with 40 shipping at chimung, which is the most comparable to compy here and probably the cheapest online FP menasor.

my bad. i just assumed chimung was the cheapest. but UT's warlord... he's 300 for a reasonmegatronus wrote:shajaki wrote:before this figure, i couldnt give two poops over computron. to me, he just looks that good. im drooling over this figure.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Computron is one of the combiners I don't feel it's worth spending 3rd party prices on.

I disagree with T as well, but there are cheaper M3s. TFsource has him or $380 shipped. They also have UT's Predaking for $300 shipped. Just seems this size class of gestalt is going for a bit cheaper.

I don't think anyone was actually saying this was too expensive. At least I don't remember that argument. More, I and others were whining a little that they all are coming in at once in a giftset. It hits some of our wallets and budgets better if we can spread out the cost over several months. Not to mention it can help avoid the arguments with my accountant if she sees $100 on the credit card bill versus $500. I'd just rather avoid those arguments...
