Since he's from britan (Mark Ryan), and Wheeljack is supposed to be like Albert Einstein, it kinda fits.

Doesn't change the fact that Einstein is German so saying he'll have a British accent because he's like Einstein is a bit silly. Though I admit I should've read more carefully and seen that somebody else had already noticed that.
