Yeah, that's the only place I've been able to find mine as well. I guess he's practically K-Mart exclusive then.
But yeah, I picked him up today cause he was on sale for $15, and I just put him in his bat mode.
Overall, the arms are giving me problems, but it's better than most fan modes. Still, I doubt it was intentional. What really seals it for me though are the feet. They just work.
The figure itself? Well he's pretty cool, except those stupid upside down knives. Would it really have been so hard to make it so he could hold them normally?

It is a bit of an illusion. Also, now that I have tried it, I think this guy shaved a bit off the shin extensions to allow for the feet to collapse against the legs. I figured out how the hands work, but I don't like it. If I were to use this mode, I would leave the hands in cockpit formation and swing them out as a smaller, secondary set of wings, like a Cybertronian take on a bat.
Looking closely at both Mindwipe and Skystalker, I keep thinking the stealth fighter would make a good Ratbat. Going in another direction, the larger fighter could be remade into Bomb Burst, with the smaller fighter becoming Blood (the Japanese name from Masterforce), or vice versa. Mindwipe could also have been redone as Maximal Nightscream, and Skystalker as Maximal Nightshriek. That last one would have made a lot more sense than Strafe and Sunspot.

1. Mindwipe combined with skystalker and Divebomb
2. Mindwipe combined with to skystakers (or one Sunspot and one Skystalker in my case)
zonkers wrote:this may be a question that has been answered in the past, but does skystalker+mindwipe have any other combined mode other than simply snapping skystalker to the top of mindwipe in their jet forms?

That's what I was thinking.Bradimus wrote:Mindwipe could also have been redone as Maximal Nightscream,
Yes, for once I agree with a repaint idea! (I normally hate the concept of repaints bu that's another discussion) All he needs is the stupid hair!t$money$49 wrote:

Again: pictures please? I've yet to open Skystalker. I'd planned on opening them together but forgot!

Officially, all they do is dock.

Nothing constructive to add but that has given me a new interest in finally opening my Mindwipe
