I'll probably box the mini-figs. I'm holding out for someone to make a custom head for taxi BB so that he'll be a different character for me. I think I'll be waiting a long time.

Just received an email from HTS that "Your Order Has Shipped!" for the BB-n-RC exclusive. No complaints about that!

Looks like a good set. Wish the Jack figure could ride Arcee. I wonder if they will expand the Human Alliance line to TF: Prime and have Jack with Arcee, Raf with BB and Miko with Bulkhead.

The Raf figure is included in the NYCC 2011 set

Already got an email saying my NYCC Prime set is being shipped. Yet, my SDCC Prime figure hasn't yet. I find that a bit odd, since Prime is in stock still from that exclusive event.

NYCC set ships immediately or up to a one business day wait. Optimus ships in 2-3 days, as stated on the sale and ordering pages.

He'll ship separately, which is why you're most likely paying more.

I think Hasbro's shipping system is a little backwards sometimes. Lol. It took them nearly a week and a half to ship my SDCC Prime out when they first put it up, claiming they were backlogged. Seriously. How do you get so back logged you can't get an order shipped when you have the item in stock (a popular item at that) and have to wait a week and a half to do anything?

Didn't bother me too much but I still thought it was stupid.


And not combining shipping is both a waste of time, money and resources. Way to not be green Hasbro. Doesn't take much effort (or brain power...) to put two orders together. Fail.

I totally agree. I may be looking for other sources to order from online in the future for Prime based toys. I'm determined to collect most, if not all, Prime based toys in the future. Shipping is such a highway robbery when it comes to ordering anything online. I didn't expect the tax too. I don't pay taxes on any other website, so why Hasbro?

The shipping isn't "backwards" as it's been put. They ship the orders out as they get them. Plus, as I stated before, Optimus has a 2-3 day wait time before shipping, it says so right on their site. If you know this going in and still order, then it's on you, not them.

As for paying taxes online? I've paid taxes many times. BBTS and places like that are either exempt somehow, or include the taxes in their asking prices. Wal-Mart, Amazon and eBay have all charged me tax.

Read the fine print before ordering. You've no one to blame but yourselves.

Got my fully shipped confirm too. I added some other figures on to my order with 2 NYCC exclusives since I was paying same shipping for them all together.

I didn't order the SDCC exclusive Deluxe Optimus though. I am waiting for the Voyager and Leader class versions.

Got the email for the set being shipped. Pretty fast.

As far as the taxes thing goes, I wasn't actually expecting it, but it wasn't that much. Doesn't it work that you pay taxes if the company has a physical presence in the US?

Does anyone else find it odd that a convention exclusive has stayed in stock longer than some store exclusives?

I think unicron was more desireable over all. He was colored to be accurate to g1. While these toys are accurate to nothing. I mean, g1 color arcee in prime old, and a custom taxi bumblebee.
THAT, and unicron was an amazon exclusive, this is a hasbro exclusive. So, hasbro is getting 100% of the profits of this one, where as unicron had to be split with amazon. I think hasbro has learned, selling con exclusives on their site can be rather lucrative for them. Works for me just fine too.

I also got the email, mine has been sent out as well. The set should arrive on Monday.

I have a tracking number already for my Prime set. Yet, neither USPS or UPS is showing they have any information on it. What method does it ship? And how can I track it?

It's a weird thing called UPS Innovations where UPS delivers it to the post office and then USPS delivers it to your door. It can be found here:

Diem is right. However, I must state again, that it takes up to two days before the info updates.

I have to give HTS some props: They shipped these out quickly! I just checked the tracking on mine, and it was delivered today! It's probably sitting on my front porch right now, waiting for me to get home. That's 48 hours from the time I placed the order to the time it was delivered. I've NEVER gotten anything else from HTS that quickly.

This is standard for HTS. The shipping method they use (by default) is one that doesn't provide real-time tracking. You don't get to see all the stops your package makes along the way. In most cases, I only see two status updates on HTS shipments: one that says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" (which doesn't even mean it's actually shipped), and another when it's delivered by my local postal carrier.

i just came home to find mine on the porch! that was really quick. unfortunately, i won't be able to open the package until later, but i'm really excited!

I haven't got mine yet either and I ordered it exactly at 10:10 am on Wednesday. It better be here after I get home from work =/

I doubt it will be. As Diem said, they use UPS Innovations. It's a bulk mail/ground shipping combo. UPS carries the bulk of the task at hand, then hands it over to your post office. It can take another day to be processed and delivered to you.

My experience is 4 business days. Saturday and Sunday aren't business days for UPS.

I'd say it'll be Monday or Tuesday before you see them. But, you will get them. HTS has been good to me in that.

Mine is being shipped Fedex and hopefully should arrive Monday or Tuesday.
