Cobotron wrote:Glad the Ex and you are still amicable. That's rare, and really nice.
I'm syre she still has soft skin and flowing hair though.![]()
I like the looks of that Ramjet. I just can't justify all those money dollars.
I hope they do Thrust and/or dirge as a more reasonable release.
itscramtastic wrote:Good job on the company and not having a broken RamJet
We broke amicably, still got along fine but didn't really put an effort to being friends right away. But lately we've been hanging out like pals, and its been nice being friends again.Cobotron wrote:Glad the Ex and you are still amicable. That's rare, and really nice.
I know, but I drank the MP Kool-Aid years ago and there's no going back now. And MAN am I ever looking forward to ThrustCobotron wrote:I like the looks of that Ramjet. I just can't justify all those money dollars. I hope they do Thrust and/or dirge as a more reasonable release.
BBTS. I really don't like how its almost a garanteed customs charge, but its my American online toy store of choice. Customer service is great and that goes a long way.william-james88 wrote:Shajaki, did you get Ramjet through BBTS, TFSource, Ages 3 andUp or elsewhere? Any reason for that preference in seller?
shajaki wrote:A3U just bugs me because they're in Canada, deal in USD, and have no shipping breaks for Canadians. They SHOULD be great for us, but are such a wasted resource.
I honestly don't remember. It was 2-3 years ago.william-james88 wrote:Curious of one thing though, TFSource says that over 150$, they give you some kind of break for international shipping. Was it ever significant before you stopped buying there?
James Howlett! Nice to have you in the shack!Logan79 wrote:Hi Shajaki, I'm very glad your MP Ramjet is OK (like my Ramjet)
I didn't actually try out the big honkin missiles, but I can see how well that would pull him togetherLogan79 wrote:Enough solidly but only by missiles help^^'
Correct me if I'm wrong but.....william-james88 wrote:I hope I am not being a drama queen but am I the only one who finds this whole Ramjet thing freaken nuts. I mean this is Takara we are talking about, wouldnt they have a stricter quality control than this?
shajaki wrote:MP11 was Takara. MP11S (Sunstorm) was E-Hobby.
BUT, the others (TC,SW, and now Ramjet) who are the most prone to issues were all Hasbro Asia were they not? Maybe that has something to do with it?
My logic was maybe it dictated where they were manufactured. Unless everything Takara is made in the same place.william-james88 wrote:All I know is MP 11 was very loose in the waist region so I dont think it has to do with exclusivity. Though I would be really curious to know if anyone who got the Japan local release of Ramjet (from TTmall) have the same problem as all of us westerners who could only get the asian release.shajaki wrote:MP11 was Takara. I have the set for my UW Menasor, and it doesn't make them unmovable. The knee joint and thigh swivel are still present and usable. While it does hinder him slightly and make him permanently akimbo, I'd say it's a worthwhile upgrade.SillySpringer wrote:The torso upgrades for Menasor and the Primes by PE make the legs almost unmovable. Unless you are planning to just leave it in a wide-legged stance, I wouldn't say it's the most want-able kit.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Well I'll give you credit, you have a vision and you'll see it through until the end

I just hope I can catch a break and get that G2asor on sale or something
Yep. All the feet turn into guns, though Bruticus, Computron, and G2 Superion have laser guns instead of machine guns.Cobotron wrote:I might need to try out some PE upgrades. Does the set above have the feet that split into guns, or are they just feet?
That's the ticket broCobotron wrote:I think your plan sounds AWESOME. I get why you would need two G2asors, but why two BCPs? So you can have a stand alone and a combined?
