Transjazz brings us news of Slag-A-Con 2010, an Indiana TransFormers Convention with a plethora of awesome contests and a dealer room, The convention will be Saturday, October 9th, 2010, from 9am-5pm, at the MillCreek Civic Center in Chesterfield, Indiana. Attractions will include a dealer room, art contest, custom robot contest, G1 Bio Trivia contest, "The Touch" karaoke contest, timed combiner contest, and a wrap-up dinner. The whole reason I came up with this idea was because I was not going to be able to go to Botcon either. I figured if I could not go to Botcon then I would bring something like Botcon to me. I look forward to the chance at meeting you at the convention.

I do not know when I will be able to get a show going in Qatar but tomorrow is the day slagacon.com goes live and the pre-registration will be up for anyone who wants to pre-register.

The wife has a friend that lives about half an hour away, and is looking into making this a weekend trip. She hangs with her friend, and I go and try to kick some butt in the combiner contest!
