Those 8bitdo gamepads are the baller. You have an emulator on your Android phone/tablet or Windows/Mac PC? You need 8bitdo gamepads. Everyone plays the classics. EveryoneD-Maximus_Primal wrote:and I really wish I knew gaming better so I can understand you and Cary at times

Take a time machine and go back to the mid 80s and play all of the things. It's cool, I'll wait right here...D-Maximus_Primal wrote:I really wish I knew gaming better so I can understand you and Cary at times

Cool, done?
Hahaha, it might just be easier to accept not understanding half of my nonsense.
Bummer, I guess you'll have to take the Video Games Primer 101 remedial class I'm teaching this summer. Seats are limited, better sign up now!D-Maximus_Primal wrote:carytheone wrote:Take a time machine and go back to the mid 80s and play all of the things. I tried. My generations Brainstorm said they already burned his time case unfortunately
Sandwiches will be provided, although I cannot guarantee availability of punch and pie..carytheone wrote:The class will be held at Cram's house.
I may know the answer!! Let's see if Cary does..shajaki wrote:SNES goodness![]()
Hey Cram, when does the new 4K PS come out?
Well, to answer Shaj's question..no "official" date but all signs point to November for an updated PS4. They want to capitalize on VR and updated hardware I think. It's also one of the reasons Nintendo has pushed the NX to March next year, polishing the system (and Pokemon is also in November) but also not going head-to-head with Sony.carytheone wrote:You mean the Playstation Neo? You should probably ask the resident PS gamer. No release date yet. It appears MS is making a Xbone.5 as well. I'll never understand these halfie update systems, other than its a cash grab and makes us with the older version feel bad. Yeah I'm looking at you *new* 3DS. Reminds me of the Neo Geo. Did anyone ever have one of those pricey things? I had a Neo Geo Pocket Color. It was aught.
I've never played it either! It looks hilarious and yeah, heard all of the good!carytheone wrote:Now back to class. I've never played the Stick of Truth, but I've heard good things. Target had it on clearance for $15 a month or so ago and I should have picked it up. Oh well... someday.
Woooooooooooooooooooooo Legend of Zelda!!!! It SOUNDS amazing. The WHOLE BOOTH at e3 is going to be all about it?! Dang!! And yeah, a dual release, I'm wondering how much more they are putting into the NX version over the Wii U version? Hopefully nothing, and it just means owners of either system can get it.carytheone wrote:Goddammit Zelda, why you make me spend the money. From what I hear that game is gong release on the WiiU and the NX, Ala twilight princess GC/Wii release.
So now that VR is on the table, any one care? So far all I see are tech demos and no good reason to jump. I always wait a year for new hardware anyway to see how it goes and to wait for a price drop.
So VR, who's on board?
This. With the right TV and sound setup, no need for VRcarytheone wrote:I get completely lost in a wide screen TV anyway.
That's what the Wii U does!carytheone wrote:Speaking of gimmicks, I hope Nintendo just releases a console with a controller that hooks to a TV. Wouldn't that be nice?
I was past maybe as soon as the logos were revealed.itscramtastic wrote:Pokémon Sun/Moon looks pretty neat! Maybe I'll pick it up!!

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
LoZ is the only important thing today, although Sony did announce a new Spider-Man game which looks pretty baller (PS4 Exclusive!).carytheone wrote:Guess I'll be playing E3 catch up this evening.
