Those are pretty cool as well. I've never played that much Mega Man, but I've loved the Legend of Zelda ever since I got the Wind Waker HD for free along with my copy of Mario Kart 8.itscramtastic wrote:Charizard until I bought one of the many Legend of Zelda themed ones from Japan. I'd also really like a Mega Man themed one but I don't think they have one yet.Autobot N wrote:Yeah, that NN3DS was all around a good deal.itscramtastic wrote:If I didn't have the *new* 3DS XL already, I would have bought that Pokémon version!! I want the swappable faceplates. And the power button that doesn't easily get pressed. And the Super Famicom colored buttons. And. AND!!Autobot N wrote:I actually did buy the Red and Blue Special Edition 3DS on the first day it was out. And yeah, I now about the Bank feature and the new games. Can't wait for them!
Also, had you bought it, what faceplate would you use? Personally, I'm a Charizard man.
Me and my brother each bought one of the packs. I found it kinda neat how Hyrule Circuit replaced the coins with ruppees.itscramtastic wrote:I was mentioning to Cary how WWHD is my favorite LoZ (modern at least). Still can't beat my old NES cart of The Legend of Zelda though, although it is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry close.Autobot N wrote:Those are pretty cool as well. Did you end up getting the DLC for Mario Kart 8 with the Hyrule Circuit?
Yep.itscramtastic wrote:That was very cool, music and actions unlocking secrets = awesomeAutobot N wrote:Me and my brother each bought one of the packs. That'd be the one. Man, as much as nostalgia wants me to think that Mario Kart Wii (my first video game ever) was the best, there's no denying that 8 reigns supreme.itscramtastic wrote:From Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS? That they remade on 8? That drives me insane in the piano turns on 200cc?! Yeah. Speaking of music, Music Park (or Melody Motorway in Europe and Australia) is one of my all time favorite race tracks in the series.
itscramtastic wrote:It's funny you mention that. I was listening to various Transformers themes from Japan and they all seem to be very similar to other Japanimation music depending on the era. And Macross was one of them!Ironhidensh wrote:Manx that kinda feels like a Macross ripoff.itscramtastic wrote:
Crank it up and sing along.
Not a bad thing.
I'm really glad I never got fully into the toys of Macross 'cause holy shirt I'd be broke. I find it weird that I didn't as I prefer jets over ground vehicles...![]()
Let it also be known that there are longer versions of that Headmasters theme and higher quality video of the animation, but it is hard to find ones with the lyrics/english translation.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
You hono(u)r me, my friend.Cobotron wrote:Check the sig update Cram.
Just thought it had a nice ring to it.
Which game are you talking about? TMNT: The Arcade Game I assume? It really was a good port to the NES. Them 4-player arcade cabinets were the best. If only money grew on trees...itscramtastic wrote:Aww yeah Cobs!! I have so many memories of throwing money away at the arcade playing that with 3 friends (those 4 player units were awesome!!) and then playing through it so many times on the NES!! For 16-bit in the arcade dropping to 8-bit on the NES it was still awesome![]()
Yeah, what this guy said. I'm probably a little more partial to the 16-bit era though. Just a little spiffier! But damn I love some hand drawn sprites from the 8 & 16-bit eras.Cobotron wrote:8-bit for life, y'all!

Yes Cobro, they are! From the inlet to the end of the boards there are at least 4 with modern games, all of them have ticket games too. Fun stuff.Cobotron wrote:Cram, are the arcades on old timey boardwalks by the ocean? Those would be fun.
