Unless I personally go and request a change to my work schedule to make it so I don't work on Thursdays (which I can do, but feel hesitant to do), I can't guarantee that I'd always have the night free to participate in each scheduled recording.

Not to speak for him but honestly, Job security versus transformers podcast. I don't care how much anyone loves transformers job security takes priority.
