oh look at that we're winning 25-14 in the 4th. BOOM!

I'm tellin' ya man, the Packers just may be the best team in Football, hands down. Aaron Rodgers makes that team! What a game by the way!

Don't gotta tell me that twice! And people were saying the Eagles would dethrone them this year!

Just goes to show you, be careful what you say before the season starts. Now they're eating all their words, and they taste bitter.
On a different note, it's great to see the Pats win another, but ARGH, their defense. If they don't seriously step it up, it doesn't matter how good Brady and the O go. They could go 15-1 in the regular season, then be one and done in the playoffs.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

That would be Calvin Johnson, the Lions Wide Reciever who has taken Megatron as his nickname.

Despite the fact that he was getting hit on more than a D-cup 18 year old porn actress, Cutler was actually pretty damned impressive. A lot of talk in Chicago is centered on Mike Martz and his inability to call plays that focus on Cutler's strengths: his arm, his mobility, and his talent of throwing on the run outside the pocket. He is the only weapon the Bears have on offense. Like I said, the offensive line is made of paper mache', the wideouts couldn't catch the shockwave from a nuclear explosion, and the vaunted defense has allowed more big plays than any other team in the NFL this year. Can someone please tell Lovie Smith that everyone has figured out the Tampa 2? The Bears need a complete changeover, starting with that idiot Jerry Angelo- a guy who has failed on EVERY SINGLE FIRST ROUND PICK he's made. Cade McNown? WHat about Cedric Benson? Chris Colombo- this guy ended up missing his entire first season because he came out of college NEEDING BACK SURGERY!! And Angelo took him in the first round. Greg Olsen? Great speed, decent hands, coudln't block a d-lineman with the Great Wall of China. And how about trying to sign some actual wide receivers to catch the football? His signings? Chester Taylor and Brandon Manumaleuna.
End of rant.

5-1 is still respectible. Last season if I told the Lions would be 5-1 and the colts would be 0-6, you would have asked for what I was snortin

First-Aid wrote:The Lions still look to be the favorite for the wild card at this point. I also have to put this question forward: the Packers are so dominating right now...could we see 19-0 this year? None of the games they have played in have ever been in doubt. The way they are dominating really reminds me of 1985 when the Bears just crushed nearly everyone- granted they are dominating on the offensive side instead of the defense- but it's still similar.
Speaking of the Bears, another question: did the Bears improve that much over a week, or is Minnesota that bad?
WHY DO YOU KICK TO DEVON HESTER?!?!?!?
