Burn wrote:But would beneath the skin have smooth surfaces?
I would imagine it to be quite skeletal to save on metal as animatronics tend to do. And that's all they really were to me because I saw no indication otherwise they weren't anything more than animatronics.

Saber Prime wrote:1. Grimlock still says "Me Grimlock" but not quite as offtin as the original so he didn't seem quite as annoying but still annoying.
Saber Prime wrote:2. I like Grimlock's design in Animated. G1 Grimlock looked like any other robot but Animated Grimlock actully has a mouth that matches his character perfectly. So far his is the best design of the entire show.
Saber Prime wrote:3. Did anyone else notice that Slag and Swoop NEVER spoke? They allso seemed suprised and afraid when Grimlock Transformed.
Saber Prime wrote:4. Never say "They're just machines", "I'm going to take them apart.", or "I'll melt them down in the morning." to a group of machines.
Saber Prime wrote:5. I like how when Megatron failed to get the Dinobots to obey him that he took advantage of them thinking they were real dinosaurs insted. If you can't get loyatly out of your creations, exsploiting a weakness allways works.
Saber Prime wrote:6. Professor Sumdac continues to be an idiot. I really don't like him. Seriously, how could he not tell Megatron was lieing, Megatron is the worst lier ever.
Saber Prime wrote:7. I think the blast simply burned off the "skin" to reviel the robotic interior because no one seemed suprised by their change of appearance so they must have known that was what they looked like underneath.
Saber Prime wrote:8. I'm fairly sure Megatron designed them to Transform sence he did addmit to giving them other abilitys. (fire breath)
Saber Prime wrote:Now about Megatron's "head and hand" I think Sumdac found more than that. You only see that much but how do you know the rest of his body wasn't still attached and simply burried in the crater?
I just assumed the rest of his body was in the crator and the reaso you don't see any more of his body in the lab is because he took Megatron apart and used parts of Megatron's body to build his robots.
Saber Prime wrote:That's allso why I belive Megatron has the ability to controll the robots he's not hooked into, because they're built from bits of him.
Saber Prime wrote:Even drones in G1 could Transform. The Guardians were drones, all except for Omega Supreme it seems, but they all had the same design.

I concede your point, but still, Megatron was in pretty rough shape BEFORE he crashed (having nearly been blown to peices by Starscream, then having to battle the Autobots) and even if entry into our atmosphere didn't do some kind of damage, the impact with the ground certain would have. Considering Sumdac considers Megatron one of the Autobots, at the very least, Megatron had to have lost the Decepticon insignia on his chest in all that action. So I still say Sumdac has had no indication since Megatron's crash and after the Autobots appearance that Megs is a Decepticon.Saber Prime wrote:That's allso why I belive Megatron has the ability to controll the robots he's not hooked into, because they're built from bits of him.
I'd like to point out that so far, the only machinery that Megatron has controlled so far is whatever he's physically hooked into or has had some contact with (such as the Pocket-Bots and Dinobots). While I could presume that he has access to the machinery in Sumdac's tower (considering he's hooked into the lab equipment), Megatron has yet to be portrayed controlling anything that he hasn't had some contact with.
Sabrblade wrote:An example of a drone that did transform was the group of Decepticon drones Megatron used to attack Orion Pax's warehouse in "War Dawn".
Saber Prime wrote:First, I don't think Humans are even aware of what the Decals mean. I mean come on, Spike didn't even notice the Decepticon insignia on Soundwave in G1.
Saber Prime wrote:Lastly, We never see the Guardians Transform but they have the same design as Omega Supreme so there's no reason they shouldn't be able to.

That's my original post. I didn't say "Guardian robots can Transform" I said "they all had the same design as Omega Supreme" I was assumeing they all transformed like he did but I never tried to state that as a fact.
Saber Prime wrote:And yes the drones Megatron built in Make Tracks could Transform. Some how though even though they all had different vehicle modes, in robot mode they all looked like the same green car.

Saber Prime wrote:More on the Decals...
Considering the only Decepticon humans have seen at this point is Starscream I don't think anyone has even goten a good look at him to see that he has differnt decals than the Autobots.
I didn't even get a good look at his decals in that episode even though I know they're on his wings from the previous episode.
There really is no reason at this point in the series humans should know anything about the difference between an Autobot and Decepticon logo.
In fact I don't think any human in any series has ever figured out what thoughs symbols mean.
I wanna see more of Sentinal Prime. All I seen of him so far is his head. I want to include a Sentinal Prime in my fan fiction and base my version loosely off him so I really need to see more of him.

So far what we've seen of Sentinal Prime make's me dis-like him.

Saber Prime wrote:I'm guessing some how all the Animated toys will have retractable heads to allow for this guy to combine with them. Some how I allso think what with the different sized Trasformers either The Headmaster will bee too big or too small for some characters. There might be multiple size versions of him or maybe they'll just toss a "The Headmaster" in with every toy? You know how Hasbro loves their gimics.
