Where was that said? You're not thinking of that 1999 pre-Beast Machines Fox Kids press release that was quoted on the news page, are you?BeastProwl wrote:On one hand they are saying it continues beast wars.

What gets me is that they say new beast wars episodes, in cutting edge cgi, yet now they are saying its for prime. Well, wich is it?

I can only hope this done right! I can't wait for it. I've got some confidence in the show going well, but the toy line worries me, especially considering how the current line is being messed with.
I too (sort of) worry about the toyline. But as long as we get new molds of Shockwave, Insecticon and (hopefully) Smokescreen, and any other on-screen characters (like the Dinobots and hopefully the Star Seekers), I'm good. They could throw any other piece of crap they please in there.

Oh yeah! This is a PERFECT line for there to be an Insecticon/Hardshell toy, especially since they are such a prominent role in the show lately. But until we hear something about them, and cconsidering the Breakdown let down, I'm going to remain very nervous, but with hope haha.

The insections in the show aren't half-bad either, I just hope they continue with decent story...Shockwave creating them because he visited pre-historic Earth is a great origin. I just hate TFs that transform into Earth-like animals for no apparent reason, regardless of that animal existing where they are or not.
Well, to be frank, we really don't know what it will entail. All we know is that season 3 will have the subtitle of "Beast Hunters" in its title, and may feature a dragon-like thing based on the DnD Dragonshard image placed in the background.njb902 wrote:YRQRM0 wrote:So season 3 is gonna focus on beast/animal TFs? I don't think it's going to "focus" on beast style bots. I think the general thoughts on this(correct me if I'm wrong) are that it will introduce Thundertron's faction and/or the dinobots.

People are guessing that it might have a bunch of beast-like bots since we've thus far gotten Airachid and the Insecticons in the show, and Thundertron has a toy coming in the toyline, and "Rage of the Dinobots" may bring the Dinobots in and leads directly into season 3. So, we have only speculate what this might entail.

BeastProwl wrote:So, PrymeStriker. What was it like to know your precious Breakdown was to be torn apart...AGAIN!?
Anyway, good episode, really. But also terrible, in the fact that Smokescreen and Bulkhead are friendly with eachother now, and MECH has been totally destroyed. Everyone's dead.
God, this episode was dark.

I think that was just a mistranslation on BBTS's part, since they also mistranslated "Vehicon" as "Bikon" and "Leo Prime" as "Ripuramu".Autobot032 wrote:I liked Silas/Cylas. (Now we know why it's called Cyrus in Japan...)

Sabrblade wrote:Nice going, Silas. Kill off the few loyal subjects you have left, just so you can trade them for a new group whom you can't guarantee will be as welcoming.![]()
Wait. Silas' old identity still gets him access to military complexes? Wasn't he removed from his position as colonel?
Whoever thought of Bulkhead using the Apex Armor wasn't too far off. Even though he rejected it, at least Smokescreen still suggested it.
Silas just coined a new acronym of his name: Cybernetic Life Augmented by Symbiosis.
Silas is about to do the one thing that almost no Saturday morning cartoon villain ever bothered to do: Attack the hero in the comfort of his home.![]()
Silas was credited as "Cylas".
Still, now we're left wonder where they can go from here with Silas since he's going to be operated on from this point. With MECH dead and Silas in the state that he is, it almost feels as though Silas' story is almost done.

Strike 2? That was a good thing, IMO.PrymeStriker wrote:Except he's not a Saturday morning cartoon villain. He's a Friday night cartoon villain.
In any case, Dark Episode, Strike 2

Almost done? More like completely done. I'm tired of human villains, even if they are as badass as MECH (And trust me, MECH is as badass of a team of of human villains as we're gonna get).

I mean, how many of us wish that bad guys like the Power Rangers villains would stop being so lazy and just attack the good guys when they're asleep in the homes since those kinds of bad guys almost always know who the good guys are what they do in their lives?
