Also, you want the uncombined figures to match scale with your other classics figures, hence why the combiner height is confined to their own combined heights.
Wanting matching Scale with G1 and CW combiners is a losing game. As real world jets are way bigger than racing cars. Some of the military vehicles don't scale well next to each other in real life. Think it's best to just throw scale out of the window and just enjoy the toys.

so much this.william-james88 wrote:Just to clarify, when I talk scale, it has nothing to do with tape measures or how big an alt mode should make a robot or any of that stuff. It's just how big a toy is compared to another and if it fits with what we usually see on the show when both robots interact with oneanother.

So true ! This is exactly how I feel. I just never could think of the right words to say it like you did.![]()
With that being said, all the combiners were pretty much the same height based on the G1 episoides "The Key to Vector Sigma" and Starscream's Brigade". We never really got to see if Predaking was truly much bigger. I remember in the episode "Call of the Primitaves" Predaking was the same size as Abominus, which was the same size as Computron, who was pretty much the same size as the older combiners. Thats why I would like them all the same height or somewhere close if possible. And with the help of third parties, this isnt as hard as it sounds.
