Kurona wrote:I think getting a G1 re-issue works just fine and fits in. It's the right size, it's very accurate to his actual appearances; being a quadruped and sometimes not even that he doesn't actually need much articulation... of all the G1 guys, he works the best with Generations I think.

Ironhidensh wrote:Wow. I haven't seen that much transformer selection at TRU in at least ten years. Canada for the win, eh?
Or really boring as most of the post will just be blankBurn wrote:Wow ... so that's what a fabled Transformers section is supposed to look like.
-edit- That could make for an interesting thread "Post pics of your local stores TF section"

Hasbro's Deluxe Groove which is exactly the same to Takara's Groove (paint apps and all) will be coming out end of May and will not be an exclusive. So yes, he is getting a full release.
Groove is an online exclusive like Quickslinger and Brake-Neck, yes. By "not be an exclusive", I'm guessing Will meant that he won't be tied to a specific online retailer.Insurgent wrote:william-james88 wrote:Insurgent wrote:It's a shame Hasbro didn't release groove fully.

What? You mean I just paid may !madness for nothing? I thought he was meant to be like slingshot and wildrider. Grumble grumble. Oh well, at least I can bask in his glory a month earlier.

Maybe you should stop playing with and transforming your Transformer toys?![]()
You're an adult collector after all.

God, that sounds frustrating... as a compromise, Silverbolt still looks cool enough to display on his own, right?

Wow, yeah, unfortunately, this seemed to be an issue with a number of them from the start. I remember someone posting something about that way back at the beginning of this thread. I've been really careful of all of my figures from that mold...

Ya know, the thing is is that, I knew that was possible, so I always took extreme care when doing that, with both him and cylconus. I honestly think the plastic is being enbrittled by the air or something stupid like that, cannot believe that I have to shell out another $25 to fix this stupid problem, and I thought the saga of sh|tty hasbro plastics came to a close with my pile of broken CW Magnus'

Hm, this has me curious now. Does anyone know if the plastics on Takara's Silverbolt and Magnus are any better? Because honestly I could go with either colour scheme, but if Takara's plastic is less brittle I might just end up shelling out import fees for them.

This is true. The plastics that Hasbro and Takara use are exactly the same.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
I haven't even seen a selection like that since TRU in the early 2000s. That's amazing.Sigma Magnus wrote:Dear Primus, man!! I have to drive an hour to get a selection like that!
