Defensor does indeed have a ball jointed head, it's just the clearance between the bottom of the head and the neck is so minimal it effectively becomes just a swivel joint. I shaved the bottom of Defensor's head some and it greatly enhanced his head posing abilities.

Seems like Bruticus new tooling makes for better posing in the head region.

I'm quite ok with the head just swiveling for Defensor and Superion. They don't really need to look up or down to me! Just need to stare each other in the eyes and step on anyone in the way

I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. I did a search but didn't see anything about this. Anyway.

The piece of plastic that Superion/Galvatronus' head sits on is very thin, and I only recently noticed something. Because of how you have to flip the combiner head to allow it to collapse into the main bot's body, it stresses VERY easily. I've transformed Cyclonus into torso mode less than a handful of times, but I'm already seeing stress marks on Cyclonus' lower abdomen, just above the pin that allows the combiner head to rotate out of the body. It's never been an issue with Silverbolt, who've I've had since he came out, and have transformed into torso mode several times. But just tonight, I transformed him out of Superion mode and the same place I noticed stress marks on Cyclonus, I'm now seeing slight CRACKS on Silverbolt! Does anyone know if this a common issue with the figure, and if there's any way to fix it? I'm being careful transforming him for now, but if the cracks get much worse and he breaks, would superglue be an effective fix?

Brawl looks awesome! Now if they will just remold the combiner port to allow the screw to recess in deeper and make the cannon/hand gun point straight out towards the back of the gun on a pivot joint, then we could spin his combiner port around to point out the front of the chest, pop the cannon/gun handle in the connector ports 5mm hole (where the screw is), give him a new head and a red/burgundy paint job and Blam! Kapow! A perfect combinable Warpath! That would be cool IMO! We need more Warpaths anyway and since this one can combine it would give him more playability and they can of course once again save money with yet another repaint. But it would be Warpath so um...

I remember someone having this issue with Silverbolt way back when he was first released. I've not heard anything since then. I know I'm careful when transforming him because of what you describe here.

If you can, maybe take a picture of the affected area and post it in the Transformers Workshop thread. I've found much helpful advice over there for dealing with some of these sorts of problems.

There are 2 deluxe silhouettes that could be limbs. They might not be technobots but one looks like a tank which could be re-purposed as a Nosecone.

The roundness of the helmet and the dual antennae lead me to believe it's Blaster.

No, all 3 are headmasters. Hardhead, Blaster and skull cruncher. Anyways, these are not combiners, I just wanted to get that across. It was confirmed by Hasbro that these are the next phase of generations AFTER combiner wars and coming out in 2016. Meaning that combiner wars is at an end. Sorry guys.

PS: The inclusion of Buzzsaw in CW 2016 wave 1 legends class is actually part of Titan Wars but will be coming in CW packaging. He is a victim of the transition from CW to TW.

The dinosaur in the lower left? I was thinking that was one of the cassette minicons. (I may be deliberately mixing small bot designations. )

Oh right my bad. That wouldnt be a minicon though (too big). And in anycase, minicons have a new meaning in the current toy landscape. There were rumoured partner animals that turned to vehicles that the little headmaster could drive (you see that on the blueprints) so I am assuming its on of those.

No, I think this is Hasbro getting away with giving us Scattershot but never giving us Computron. They are saing we can still do something with him without his technobot limbs. Just imagine this was before he met his frieds and had to do with whatever to become a ptototype of what he would be one day.
