Superion. His is the superior torso mold and all the Aerialbot limb molds hold together well enough.william-james88 wrote:Rapid fire question: You only have the money for either CW G2 Superion or G2 Menasor, which one do you get?
Shadowman wrote:This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.

I guess it really depends on whether you care more about G2 gaudy deco goodness or combiner structural integrity. Menasor is the better looking one as far as G2 colors are concerned, but Superion is the more stable combiner whose molds better hold together in one piece.william-james88 wrote:While I do thank you all for your responses, the lack of a united opinion isnt helping in the least![]()

Maybe he should save his money and buy G2 bruticus, who is both sturdy and gaudy

william-james88 wrote:I bought mine at 40$ and thought it was a very fair price. He is far more worth 40$ than any of those leader seekers (who I got at 30$, which seemed mroe fair). I would suggest to still get him eventually just to have that molding in your collection, since no other toy shares it. But of course, at the right price.
Oh and here he is at the perfect price: http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/en/htsusa/b2443as00--1

william-james88 wrote:Ok so Leader Magnus is a good toy. I like him and I had no problems with mine. If you want a competent version of magnus who has a robot mode that fully integrates the armour then this is your best bet for the price. However, its too bad the question is asked now since just last week there was an incredible sale on the Takara version which has much better colours than Hasbro's.

Well... how about this; in what context would you be asking? Based on what we think looks best for them, which about them would make a better set, or for personal reasons (since I wanna use them for turbomasters)?
Superion, because he's Superion.william-james88 wrote:Rapid fire question: You only have the money for either CW G2 Superion or G2 Menasor, which one do you get?

In the context that both are currently available at 65$ USD through a particular outlet for me in canada and at that price, I was going "why not" but didnt want to buy both.

Kurona wrote:
Maybe in your case you should go for Menasor, considering your CW Menasor has an unorthodox selection of limbs (Offroad over Breakdown), so this way you can get the 'correct' lineup.
Or, maybe because it's the correct lineup you wouldn't want it over Superion.

I know Hasbro has done a pretty good job of making the Full sets (Devastator, G2 sets, Victorion etc...) easily obtainable online, and often at discounted rates. I was just wondering, has anyone in the United States actually sighted any of these for sale at a retail store (presumably TRU?)
william-james88 wrote:I bought Menasor, that paintjob just looked too intense for me to miss out on it. DOnt know if I will get superion but at laest I have a fun memento of a toy that never was... until now.
