You sure that's Hook? I don't disagree with you it is a possibility, by the coloration of the missiles matches that of Tarantulas. But I think we can both agree that the Rook mold is Sinker.

looked and saw what the original Tweet actually said cuz it tells us plain as day what each limb is supposed to be!

Rook leg = Elphaorpha
Copter leg = Rātorāta
Jet arm = Galaxy Force Noizemaze (Cybertron Sideways)
Tank arm = The Fallen

Maybe damaged Unicron from g1 or armada/energon - the wings remind me of prime unicron? and instead of healing him, they combine to complete him - pretty cool take on it

Yeah, would'a made a cool villain for the line, instead of a limb-less galvatronus (I'm sorry, but if you're gonna give me the 'steals limbs' bs, then I damn well better have enough -limbs to make all my combiners)

Unicron has pretty much been established as being whatever form he wants to be. It takes less a stretch of the imagination for Unicron than say...Galvatronus, or Sky Reign (cause Sky Lynx was originally as big as a combiner himself...) but I still think those are cool. In fact its eerie how with so few molds, how many additional characters in the TF universe can be made.

It would likely have been a fun-pub type of exclusive of some sort - no way the current hasbro design lead would make this, it's too non-G1 - but I don't think the head on elephorca is legal due to the size of the horns, but, the rest look pretty standard

I think Drancron. The arms are the other Blendtrons, plus on the back of the legs you can see white and pink-spotted green.
