They were probs the greatest combiner made until the 2000s. They actually look very cool! And I don't really get the "Breastforce" part, they all had vehicle modes and I never really saw where "breast" came from. Anyone??

Each had an animal that transformed into chest armor, similar to the Powermasters, but always on the chest. I think they are sometimes referred as as Chestforce or something in the US to avoid that queasy feeling that us uptight Americans have...

Transforming Breastplates. The Japanese aren't too fussy with shortening English words while keeping the originally intended meaning intact.

Ah, Thank you! That makes much more sense to me now. I knew they combined and had animal partners, but never thought the animals attached to the chest!

Brainstorm: So Hot Spot has the ladder wrap around the body for combined mode right? Well, what if Onslaught uses this same mold, rather than wrap the whole way around, it wraps the other was, so there will be a chestplate, A head and the gun turret can rotate on the back to give Bruticus his distinctive Back guns?

In this case, it's already been long since established that Victorion will be made up entirely of preexisting CW molds.

I actually hope she's a remold of Silverbolt, if a remold at all. I hope they remold the torso and hips to make it more feminine! Would hope it's not like all the Road Rage repaints we've gotten in the past of Tracks.

The way they've been re-tooling the recent figures has worked out pretty well so far. I don't think there is too much to worry about Also, great reaction by all to the Breatforce, and thanks Sabrblade (of course it'd be you SABERRRRBLADE!!!) for linking the Victory videos!

I hope it's the Hot spot mold since using either the Silverbolt or Motormaster/Optimus mold would just make it look like either "Superion with two Stunticons" or "Menasor with two Aerialbots". Using a non-Aerialbot/non-Stunticon mold with the jets and cars would at least make the combined form look more unique.

Would hope it's not like all the Road Rage repaints we've gotten in the past of Tracks.

Even so, I think that Hot Spot one would be really nice. And, as was mentioned, It would look pretty cool since it is a mold that goes well with a team made up of a variety of limbs. I'm hoping for Dragstrip, Deadend, Air Raid and Alpha Bravo limbs, but heavily redone like the protectobots were, and using the "Best Hunters" Spike job! (She's from sea of rust, so it works!) Just imagine Groove: Breast Plate covered in spikes!!!

Well you got ehobby direct repaint, the club has said use sg tracks as classics roadrage. So two technically? The Mp doesn't count because it was retooled.

And the third one, the MP, does not yet exist.

So, yeah, there's only been one Road Rage from Tracks that "we've gotten in the past" (as you originally stated).

Actually, now that I look at Hotspot:



He actually looks like a pretty easy retool as a fembot, but at the same time, a pretty hard retool. First of all, it seems that the chest panel could easily be retooled into a more, female chest. But at the same time, the transformation relies on the hips being specific shape, so if you're fine about a girl with flat hips, then whatevs. I, personally, like my Fembots having female proportions.

A few pictures of my configuration for a "more G1" CW Defensor.

I tried this out, and I love it! It looks a lot less stout.

I find it amazing that Rook has a much taller "tall leg mode" than Dragstrip or Breakdown. Will Takara Deluxe Groove, or the newcomer from the 4th gestalt, have a secret "tall leg mode" as tall as Rook?

Last night I found all the CW wave 2 deluxes at Walmart, along with 5 Silverbolts. I didn't get any though because of the funds. Will get some soon though.

Nice find. So far I have yet to see Wave 2 voyager or deluxe in stores in my area. The closest Walmart has 4 pegs for Transformers with AoE stuff, one of which is empty and the others are 25% full. Then one shelf space for voyagers, which are filled with Silverbolt.

They had like 6 Offroads, 1 Dead End, 2 Breakdowns, and 1 Air Raid. I wanted them SOO BAD!

Are you waiting for a special event to get them?

Also, with all this talk of repurpusing male molds for female ones my question is: what makes a transformer female? Do they really need a physical distinction? These are alien robots with their own anatomy, they can look like they wish to look. Is anyone upset that Gregevor is a male character using Strongarm's mold and thus using a female mold for a male transformer? Starscream was female in the french version of the G1 cartoon, did that totally not work with the body type? Why must we expect specific body types for different gendered Transformers? Who cares?!

I personally see using a similar body type for different genders (of alient robots) to actually show equality among the sexes and to take away from a stereotype of the human physique (thinner waist, bosom area, thinner limbs).
