In jet mode standing on its tail, it's 12 7/8 inches, putting it at 1/59.4 scale. Since its robot mode is 10" tall, this makes it roughly 49-50 feet tall in robot mode.

Smallest Starscream is 3.3 inches long in jet mode, while a real F-15 is 765 inches long for a scale of about 1/232.

Smallest Sideswipe is 4.75 centimeters long, while a Lamborgini Countach is 414 centimeters long, for a scale of about 1/87. Also works with smallest Red Alert.

There you go guys.

This image was compiled by a friend of mine from other TFs forum: http://biron.usc.edu/~jcarvalh/scale2.jpg

He considered the real size of the vehicle modes of each movie TF and put them to scale with each other and with a human for reference.

Of course, if you put the vehicles to scale, the robots go sort of out of scale, because Blackout would simply be bigger than all Autobots together. Just check the image out. It's a great illustration.

Cybertron Overhaul is depicted as 14.6 feet (175 inches) tall, while his toy stands 4 inches tall for a scale of 1/44. This also works for Cybertron Brushguard and movie Warpath.

Cybertron Landmine is 19.8 feet (238 inches) tall, while his toy stands 5 inches tall for a scale of 1/48. This also works for movie Grindcore.

Cybertron Starscream is depicted in the animated series as standing about 24 feet tall, while the Voyager class toy is 7 inches tall. This gives us a scale of about 1/41.

Starscream had about 3-4 different sizes in the show, if you count his "Planet Size". After Planet size, he's still much larger than Megatron/Galvatron, so the Supreme Starscream might be in scale to Primus at one point in the show, and Megatron/Galvatron towards the end.

Movie Deluxe Bumblebee Camaro Concept is actually 1/32 scale. I verified this by putting his car mode side-by-side with a Jada Toys 1/32 Camaro Concept (which is also yellow with black stripes.

Added 4 Star Wars Transformers:

1:32
Obiwan Kenobi's ETA-2 starfighter is 547 centimeters long, while the toy is 17 centimeters long. With the toy robot standing 6.5 inches tall, the real robot would stand 17 feet 4 inches tall.

1:34
General Grievous's Starfighter is 671 centimeters long, while the toy is 19.5 centimeters long. With the toy robot standing 6.5 inches tall at the head, the real robot would stand 18 feet 5 inches tall.

1:119
The Star Wars ARC-170 fighter has a wingspan of 2260 centimeters, while the toy has a wing span of 19 centimeters. With the toy standing 6 inches tall, the real robot would stand 59 feet 6 inches tall.

1:312
The Turbo Tank measures 4990 centimeters long, while the toy is 16 centimeters long. This means the 6.25 inch tall toy would be 162 feet 6 inches tall!

I've been having trouble figuring out ROTF Leader Prime's scale. By my math I come up with 1:32nd scale, but compared to other 1:32nd scale trucks it doesn't add up. Could you help me out Scaleface?

I'm not sure how big the actual TRUCK is, but basing it on the officialm movie bio saying Prime is 28 feet (853 centimeters) tall, and the toy is 27 centimeters tall. That's 1/32 scale. Of course it's possible the movie bio is inaccurate. I'd like to get measurements off the real truck.

Something tells me it's NOT 127 feet long. 12' 7" BBC, maybe. Which would mean it's close to the 25'1" total length of the 259, which was the closest model I could find full details on.
