Good to see some UFO love on here, snagged him off eBay myself last year, he is an amazing little figure and imo the best representation of Cosmos by far, despite what the haters say.just out of interest how is the stand on yours? Loads of people say it's incredibly flimsy yet I bought mine second hand and it's sturdy as anything.

Hes a cool little figure, and being honest, I wouldnt mind seeing someone take on Cosmos again but in a larger scale, if possible?
Being an alien mass shifting Transformer, I can get behind the size iGear created UFO in, but I feel that said, a large deluxe would be very nice indeed!

QC wise, I managed to snap the little clear peg which is used to hold/display UFO on when in alt mode, so mine will remain in bot mode, as do all my Classics!

Ahh that's a shame, I must be one of the few that got a decent stand! I still use my stand in bot mode to give him the appearance of hovering, I also recommend finding a green lightsaber for him to hold, makes him look the dogs!

I'm surprise that UFO is getting so much love actually. I recently just sold mine for a lost in anticipation of the legends figure that is due out this month or next. I just can't stand his head sculpt... it looks so angry. Oh, also my stand broke, had to superglue it.

I love both UFO and the Pathfinder repaint. I even got the reprolabels which make him look really awesome. UFO is my permanent classics Cosmos. I have legends Cosmos preordered just for fun. Legends scale is just too small for me to take seriously for my classics shelf. I keep my legends displayed with Metroplex.

Agreed, I really dont understand the hatred for this guy, great quality plastics, well engineered/designed, he has a space helmet for Christ sake! The only thing I can think of as a negative is the shade of green used but the overall coolness of the rest of the figure more than makes up for that. As for his Legends alternative the first one is a great looking figure but the lack of hands elbows and head articulation kill the figure and the new one fixes all the above issues yet the figure is far too lanky for my tastes and his hands are oversized, so I'm with X UFO is here to stay.

The head is perfectly fine just like the other two . it's the angle of the toy in the picture that's off .

The G1 heads are way bigger than the FP heads and unfortunately i don't have any G1 HM for comparison .

Thanks, Mel, I may have to get these, I got the Trailbraker mold and put him on eBay the same day, mearly due to the size of the figure, I really like the sculpt but him being smaller than Classics bee in alt mode was unacceptable.

The paint apps on the front of vehicle mood are just a simple touch but manage to do so much more then hasbro's effort.

The originals are quite small but I think these guys are just a touch too large, matching TW Orion in bulk and height, Ultra I think!
Despite one of the pins which hold a wheel part on to the body sticking out, these are fabulous, perfect upscales!
It would be perfect if they got to upscale the Generations Warpath Deluxe up to this size!

Thanks to a different China based Ebayer I recently took delivery of the CHMS Deluxe Deep Cover!

This KO of the Universe Sideswipe mould done in black is going to be repurposed into my collection as Scamper!

Deep Cover comes with three yellow painted tampographs of what looks like the Lambo logo on the bonnett and both doors.

I am UK based so can anyone suggest a handy, cheap, readily available product from a UK stockist which could clean these off without damaging the black plastic they are printed on?

Iv'e been using Brasso metal polish for quite a while to remove paint apps and tempographs from my bots. I've used it for official 3rd party and KO's and it works great, never had any isues with damaging plastics, I've even used it on clear plastic, its great for smoothing out sratches. Just go easy to start with and use it on a inconspicuous area first to be on the safe side it is metal polish after all.

Yep, its the KO version from China
Mine is very, very nice, with only the most smallest of small paint app over application perhaps and the gold jetpack boosters are both fairly straight, one more than the other!

My other MP cassette bots are in storage at the moment so cant compare just yet.
