Rotorstorm!
So, In 1992, A new character was created (because Hasbro needed to sell more toys, obviously) and immediately got a toy made of him. Strangely, However, That was the end of that. He got a toy and then nothing.
He was never used in fiction- No comics, No cartoon, Nothing- And as a matter of fact, Never really mentioned again, Period.
However! This is not the end of our friend Rotorstorm's story, Oh no, Dear reader, For in the year 2010 (18 years later) a story was published that made him
great! That story, Was
Last Stand of the Wreckers.
If you've not read that
(what are you even doing here), Go read it now.
Like
right now.Go ahead, I'll wait.
So, All caught up? Good, As this review will contain spoilers for Last Stand of the Wreckers #1-5.
As always, I'll add a small warning before said spoilers.
So, For only the second time in
18 years, Rotorstorm has gotten a new figure (No doubt due to the popularity of LSOTW; Indeed, The figure's head is even based on the comic version's),
And it's really good!
It has pretty much everything you'd want from a Rotorstorm figure.
