FAN FIC - Part 1


I've always heard that if you are going to tell a story that it is best to "start at the beginning". I can't honestly tell you where I could begin the one I'm hoping to tell. An ending can be the start of a new beginning, or it could become the beginning of a new end. Regardless, I have a story to tell. I can't tell you how much of it is fact or fiction, but I can tell you that it changed my life. It is the story of seven Autobots and the journey they took that changed the universe...

He goes over the list again and again. It is a short list, but the longest he's ever made, if you catch my meaning. A list that may mark his new career for millenia.
A list that must be sent to Optimus Prime.

Paradron II Facility Massacre-

He can feel Prime's grief already as the first three names are read.


"Hoist, staff, Maintenance officer, deceased."

"First Aid, staff, doctor/upgrade recipient, deceased."

"Groove, patient, upgrade recipient, deceased."

At this point Prime will have turned away from the list... Magnus and Max will be there... they will read on.

The guilt over the deaths of the Paradron medics weighs heavy over the readers... but they can not look away. The following words give them some hope, whatever hope they dare allow themselves.

Seven... seven survivors. 40 casualties. A planet created for healing... gone. Seven Autobots to tell the tale of what happened. One of the seven makes a list. It is all that he can do for now. Send the list. Details will follow. Send the list. Start at the beginning. Tell the full tale. First, just send the list. He hears yelling somewhere in the underbelly of the ship. He knows that they are angry again, afraid. He needs to get back to work. He is in command of these Autobots, he is a Lieutenant Commander of the entire Autobot army. His name is Prowl... He needs to start at the beginning.


UNFINISHED TECH SPECS


A team of Autobots, lead by Prowl, most of whom have become victims of some battlefield trauma, are trying to get back to Cybertron safely after the "Paradron II Facility" massacre.

PROWL
Function: Lieutenant Commander
Motto: "Logic will always be the ultimate weapon"

Bio:
Larger and more powerful than ever before, Prowl has become one of the most respected, and feared commanders in the Autobot army. His brushes with "death" have done little to change the noble warrior. He is still the patient, intelligent listener that he ever was. His inevitable rise in the Autobot ranks has placed him firmly along side Ultra Magnus and Fortress Maximus as Optimus Prime's possible succesor. He has taken command of a team of Autobots, seeing this task of reshaping these warriors as a way to heal himself... and his brother, Bluestreak.

Weapons/Abilities:
Prowl's strength, speed, and firepower have all increased tremendously, but his greatest gift will always be his intelligence. Rebuilt as a S.W.A.T. truck, Prowl has become a formidable opponent, one the Decepticons have become wary of.

Weaknesses:
Prowl is overprotective of his brother.

ROADBUSTER
Function: Ground Forces Commander
Motto: "War is a dirty business... and now that I've reloaded, business is booming"

Bio:
Roadbuster is a warrior. That's how he will always describe himself. He is also an inspiring leader, though sometimes he wonders how he accomplishes this. Roadbuster just assumes that everyone else enjoys combat as much as he does. He doesn't realize that he brings out the best in his fellow warriors through is charisma. His current role as Prowl's second-in-command was an oppurtunity Roadbuster couldn't turn down. He does feel some regret for leaving The Wreckers for another team, but he understands his new commander has his hands full and needs Roadbuster's "talents" on the battlefield.

(Amazing firepower and stamina)

(Jumps into battle without thinking, loses parts easily)

POINTBLANK
Function: Enforcer
Motto: "..."

Bio:
Pointblank had always disapproved of Nebulan involvement in the Autobot-Decepticon war... the death of his Targetmaster partner, Peacemaker, reinforced his belief. Out of respect for his fallen partner and friend, Pointblank has sworn to never again hold a firearm. He is more than willing to enter a battlefield armed with only his sheild and his hope for a quick death. Fate has yet to take Pointblank, making him a quiet, determined, but hopeless warrior.

Weapons/Abilities:
(No firearm)

Weaknesses:
(Never carries firearm, "death wish", rarely speaks)

SKYDIVE
Function: Air War Strategist
Motto: "Only by remembering the past can we survive the present"

Bio:
The last surviving Aerialbot, Skydive has become a troubled warrior. He carries the memories of his teammate's with him. He is still the intelligent strategist that he was, but he also has Air Raid's impetuousness, Fireflight's absent-mindedness, Slingshot's lack of self-confidence, and Silverbolt's fear of heights. Skydive does what he can to "keep it together", but most of the time he finds that one, or all, of his "demons" will haunt him, usually with horrific results.

Weapons/Abilities:
(Greatest flyer/pilot of all Transformers)

Weaknesses:
(too many personalities, occasional fear of heights, stalls in difficult maneuvers, Superion psyche has begun to appear)

(Overuse of weapons, exceedingly violent, high fuel consumption)

(Ancient TF in constant need of repairs, can make weapons out of anything)


Weaknesses:
(Not a team player, hates when others mispronounce his name)
