While the products are not officially licensed, the team at RIPT Apparel have been nice enough to let some of us on staff contribute to one of the currently available Transformers t-shirt designs (for the next 24 hours only) - and several Seibertronians have sent us notifications about them, so here's a news post: check out the two musical riffs, and a movie spoof below!

Saw this in my email earlier as well. All three are great, not a bad one in the group.

I don't know what surprises me more about that "My Mechanical Romance" t-shirt: that there's an IDW fan submitting designs to Ript (most of the TF shirts tend to be cartoon based), or that someone at Ript got the reference enough to promote the design.

The USE shirt is awesome. RIPT is killing my wallet. I still haven't worn one of the 3 shirts I bought for the movies 30th anniversary. Not to mention my wolverine evolution and Spider-Gwen shirts.

That is a massive shame, I have to agree... though as a massive MTMTE fan myself I've gotta admit that for whatever reason, Conjunx always seems to be word I barely ever spell right. It's a weird one.

Still... doesn't detract from the fact that I'm pretty sure this is the first official MTMTE-inspired t-shirt there's ever been, and it's a friggin' amazing one.

Since I just saw these were only up for 24 hours I decided to just bite the bullet right away.

Turns out they do ship to the UK for a modest fee of $4.50. That plus the actual cost of the t-shirt comes to £11.68, so I'm glad I had that emergency money in the bank

Just purchased the My Mechanical Romance T-Shirt. I don't personally listen to My Chemical Romance but the shirt is so cool looking and I love Chromedome and Rewind in the IDW comics so I had to buy it. And for 14 bucks shipped it's a pretty good deal. :-D

While I don't think that I will buy any, these all look AWESOME! Especially the "My Mechanical Romance" one...I would love some more IDW shirts...anything with MTMTE Brainstorm, Nautica, Megatron, Ravage, Rung, Whirl, Swerve, Nightbeat, The Scavengers, or even Tarn I would buy immediately.

Some really cool news today from the T-shirt company RIPT Apparel: they've got another Transformers-inspired design! Called "The Beetle", it shows Bumblebee crossing a road in various states of transformation, evoking the classic Beatles Abbey Road cover. This of course falls at a perfect time, as the 53rd anniversary of the Beatles performing on The Ed Sullivan show here in the states for the first time was the day before yesterday!
This shirt is only available for just under 13 hours right now, so jump on over and grab one while you can. You can also get a framed version, coasters, hoodies, tank tops, and kids shirts all with the print. Check out some photos below!
