Elita-1, Nightbird, and Minerva would all 3 be at the top of my list. Fingers and eyes crossed!

Totally agree with Elita and Minerva, but as Nightbird's technically not cybertronian, I can wait. I'd rather have Firestar or Moonracer
Technically?

She's not even a Transformer, much less a Cybertronian.

You're right, but I was distracted by Tigatron's tie

Maybe you guys saw a different ending in masterforce or are discarding her appearance in victory, but I'm pretty sure she was a bona-fide 100% transformer at both of those points.

Not getting defensive. Just find the obscure references being considered as "canon" or a pattern humorous. If I've learned anything over 30 years of this brand, obscure references are often tossed aside on a whim as are any patterns that fans think Hasbro and Takara are adhering to.
Yet, the discussion is about Road Rage, a character who is an obscure reference in and of herself. By which I mean only us hardcore fans really know anything about her, while to casual fans she's less than a blip on the radar.
Yeah, but Roadrage was at least a somewhat well known e.hobby exclusive toy; this isn't like MP27 Ferak (provided the club never did him)

Again, only to the hardcore fans. She's still very obscure, having appeared in no mainstream media and only in niche fiction. Like BotCon, e-HOBBY's specialty is obscurity.

I don't think she's that obscure if most people on most fan sites immediately called for a road rage. I think Road rage is more infamous due to the fact she's a she; and there are few enough female transformers that she's notable to the fandom. Again she's more on the scale of Exhaust despite being relatively obscure by most standards, most people actually have a passing knowledge of her. Again she's not like ferak, or initial T, or the other characters i've gotten pissed off about.

Looking at the picture of Tracks, does anyone know to what the 'Phase 07' is in reference?

That doesn't apply to the toy, more to the magazine the scans are from.

Okay let me simplify it; she's not a character only you and JelZe know about and like, to the point where Seibertron doesn't know about the character. Does that make sense to you? For sites like this that's obscure.

I get what you mean in that she's not super-duber uber obscure, but she is still obscure to an extent, regardless, is the point I'm trying make. Ryan was talking of how Glyph is an obscure character, to which I responded with how Road Rage is likewise an obscure character, making the argument about Glyph moot.

Is Road Rage obscure? Yes. Is a Red repaint of Tracks obscure? Heck no, thanks to being on G1 box art illustrations. Didn't come here to say that but felt I'd chime in.
Did come in here to say that this is one exciting gray prototype photo to me. Can't wait to see how they pull off the flying car mode!

I'm in the "Tracks is too thin and tall" boat as well. Something is off but hopefully it's fixed in upcoming angle shots or maybe the legs compact or it's mistransformed or something. The artwork padfoo posted looks fantastic. I'm still excited about the figure, but it just looks off to me.

In all honesty, when I first saw the image, the manga artwork of Road Rage I posted earlier is what first came to mind, as she seems about as slender in that image as Tracks does in his image.

Very lean, indeed.
