Well, the person to blame for all of this is you.
1.) You shouldn't have brought it to work with you, knowing your coworker is an idiot who won't listen. (No does mean no)

This makes me want to kick the monitor right off the stand.
People bitch and moan about the toys breaking or not working right and one of the main reasons why? "I ain't got no need for them thar instructions. TFin' mahself is part of the fun. The thrill is keepin' mahself from breakin' it." I have one mindset when it comes to this..."Pride goeth before the fall" and your pride just bitchslapped you in the back of the head, and rightfully so.
These TFs are intricate and aren't like the ones of the past, they require a tad more care than previous models. Following the instructions won't kill anyone, won't make them retarded, and won't make them impotent or anything like that. (I come up with stupid, excessive reasons, because this practice of not using the instructions is excessively stupid.)
3.) Hasbro doesn't have the PDF online as of yet. Won't for quite some time. In fact, last I checked, the PDFs are gone once they revamped the entire site for the movie. (Correct me if I'm wrong please.) But Barricade's instructions are not online.
So, here we go...
Turn him back into robot mode (it's just easier to start from scratch)
1.) Push head back, push hood closed, push windshield into place, and slide windows down into position for vehicle mode.
2.) Straighten arms, and leave them hang to the side.
3.) Pull down on the waist and flip his torso section up.
4.) Push hips in towards each other until they hit one another, stopping any more movement. (they'll wiggle back and forth with pressure, but that's it)
5.) Fold down claws on feet.
6.) Snap ankles together, fold feet up, fold at the knees and hips, and get his legs as tight as you can.
7.) Swing entire leg section back and up into place for vehicle mode, snap door windows and roof into back windshield.
8.) Swing doors in and lock them in place, make sure tabs on windows are inserted into doors.
And you're done. Reverse for robot mode.
