Can someone tell me about a Takara 1983 Jaguar? Is it valuable? It is in the casette box, I guess it is a mini. Thanks,

There's really not much to say about him. I don't know his value, but he looks almost identical to the Transformers version, sans the Decepticon symbol of course:

Here's a link to a page containing Laserbeak's box, as well as inside box pictures: http://1501bc.com/pretf/mm_pictures.html

I imagine Ravage/Jaguar would be packaged almost identically.

Hi,

This is a transformer because it has the symbol-a black shield with a dark green emblem(decepticon?) It is takara-hasboro 1983 black jaguar. Am I correct?

1983 Jaguar or 'Ravage' as its known in America did not have a Rub Symbol, heck it wasn't until 1985 that they got the rub symbols.

With that said, it entirely possible its not from 1983 even if it has the date stamped, as that's usually just the date of when the original copyright was introduced.

Its likely a more recent re-issue.

Where did you get it from? The Price will likely be determined by its provenance.

I know this is not a re-issue. I got it from my friend who had all the Transformers from 1983-1985. I sold those already, but somehow this one escaped our eyes and turned up by itself. Perhaps I do not know what the emblem looks like but the jaguar looks like the picture that you showed me.

In that case it would be a regular G1 Ravage from post 1985. Still Original.

Not sure what the going rate on those is, but since he's been re-issued so many times, I wouldn't think its too pricey.
