That's 100% false.
The pics are all fan art, or from the comics or games.
Only one is fully legit, and it's early concept/size comparison art.
I doubt this is the roll call.
A bit early to predict who will/won't be in it.

Arcee was a rejected design, made into a toy
Soundwave and Shockwave are fan customs, you can find them on DA
Payload and Swindle were toys in the line, I'd highly doubt that they'd be made into characters in the movie

Most of those are either toys or are in the video game or both, but are not necessarily going to be in the movie.
