Actually, steve2275 didn't win. Because Kremzeek stasis locked steve's TF first (before doing in his opponent as well), the arena fight was declared a Decepticon victory.

Also, the fight technically didn't last for 10 minutes; it was just 1:34. Due to both participants being out of the action, the game decided to time-travel to the point at which the arena judges revel in their power decide who's the biggest loser.
