Do you collect other toys besides Transformers? Maybe you've got a Masters of the Universe collection you'd like to show off, or maybe you like Thundercats, Voltron, G.I.Joe, Power Rangers, Star Wars, Wrestling, or any of the various comic book toy lines. Please keep the discussions here to non-Transformers toy lines.

They kind of did that in really poor way with season 1 though, with the two guys in the invincible orb ships...man, that was a build up to nothing.
On a side note GI Joe extreme has NA he-man ansd skeletor working together. Even has David Kaye pop up as a voice too

I just rewatched the first episode and I'm pretty sure it was animated by AI. I dont remember the animation not making sense.

Necro-Conda went up on BBTS this morning so I ordered one. Wasn't he supposed to be a Walmart exclusive?
So Spector Creative did another video repeating the same false claims he's made all along with a healthy amount of denial. He still claims he was right about MotU leaving retail, but then said he was only talking about the fall releases (which he never said) and that there are currently no MotU figures at retail right now, which isn't at all true. He also said the TMNT line doesn't count and isn't a MotU line. He then ended with his usual doom and gloom line about how the line can't survive being online only and never meet its MOQ (despite always selling out on MC). Needles to say the comments were relentless and surprisingly he took the video down, replacing it with two other videos.

I do wonder now if that was a bit of foreshadowing? The bindings in these bits of concept art do suggest some kind of forced combat. I still think if the lead was He-Ro as originally intended. The show might have been better received?

This was surprising, I haven't seen MOTU at this Walmart aside from Moss Man in over a year!
Masterverse, TMNT, AND the Cartoon collection is hiding behind Trap Jaw, you can see the bottom of the cards peaking out.

Forgot to say that I spotted this at Target Friday.
$35 is a really good price, but I don't have any real interest. I'll get one if they hit clearance just to keep in the box.

I ordered two as I usually do just because one would have been $28 but two was $49. That works for me.

The Cringer set came in very early, of course I got the arrival notice a few days after I shipped my BBTS POL. Seems to happen every time...

I really hope it's under $50. A little concerned about the "$$" price. Until now I never knew the original didn't come with helmet so now I have to decide if I give him the scale mail helmet or no helmet at all...

Ebay mouth breathers are already asking £85 for nightstalker preorders which is what they try for creations figures so hopefully it will be same as stridor.
Not really paid attention if it's base has interactivity with snake mountain but it's cool that it is in purple and the fence is snake mountain style.
*smyths is getting the fan channel Reptillax too along with the reissues of webstor and orko with cartoon evil lyn looking to be in that 'wave' too. Not sure why our retail waves are odd like that with the exclusives. Also no idea why smyths is selling he-man figures with out stocking he-man or skeletor but hopefully it doesnt decrease their sales.

Total edit. I'm at least feeling a bit better about some of the lack luster turtles of greyskull figure designs now. Hopefully they get better availability over here.

at least tmnt 2012 will still be kevin eastman and idw free (until that new special anniversary comic)
Why'd you post this in the MOTU topic? Bishop is like Baxter, every iteration wants to make him into something entirely different from the last. Wasn't he an Utrom once?

Weird, that should have been in the tmnt section, I thought I posted it there :/
Nah, baxter been pretty much the same other than the fly thing that mutations managed to screw up too, I can imagine a buzz off repaint/mod might work for the 80s version of him in turtles of greyskull rather than the cyborg/frankensteins monster look though. Could be an easy custom but I'd like something a bit better than that for baxter.

I can't agree, he went from a strong black guy in the original comics to a whiny white guy/mutant fly in the 80s, that's pretty drastic in itself. He's been a cyborg many times and even a zombie, worst thing Mutant Mayhem did was make him an old man.
I could see Baxter being a fly again in the MOTU series and recycling Buzz-Off makes sense, but at the same time he really needs the extra arms, too. They could probably recycle the wings, but he'd need a new harness for more arms and I'm drawing a blank on any MOTU characters with four arms aside from Modulok and Multi-bot.

wasn't much difference to me between mad scientist roles -just the character switch in someone that could be looked up to/present a good image over their evil intentions that toon baxter lacked.
Not sure if its dumbing down, media differnces or the ages aimed at. Plus any brundle fly nod in the cartoon is similar to the other horror movie nods in the toons or comics.
Forgoing the extra arms maybe a two bad half scientist half fly or manefaces, scientist face, fly face and brain face (some of the turtles have been low effort at any rate).

We already have the Rocksteady and Bebop Two-Bad, I don't see them doing that again. They could just forego the whole mutant thing all together and do a Roboto with him with a brain in his chest.

Collecting Reptilax and toon webstor from Smyths at the weekend. I'll have to see toon Evil lyn in person as to if I will pick her up or not, and then if i finally cave on picking up Origins Orko.

I ordered 2 Night Stalkers, at $33 each that was a really good price.

Mattel wants and is getting more money...
Two one bads
https://toynewsi.com/241-53309Once again mattels box art is excellent, mini comic version shows with helmet on for some reason.
Also really sucks for me as i was wanting multiple two-bads for Masters of WWE mash ups (bushwackers, nasty boys etc) and I'm not feeling that comfortable cash wise to do that with exclusives.

I saw the pictures on the store, $50 feals like a fair price. I might try to get 2. I hope they still make a "retail" version that's more toy accurat with blended skin, red belt and better bronze. This one should have been labeled for the Cartoon series, everything about it is very cartoon accurate all the way down to the spikes on the armor.
