Rumble is blue, because the blue cassette was called Rumble in the American cartoon. Those wanting a cartoon-accurate toy would call the Frenzy toy Rumble, and vice versa. Therefore Rumble is only red if you don't care about accuracy. Shockwave thinks Rumble is blue.

Jetfire is Skyfire unless Jetfire is Jetfire, because Jetfire was both, but Skyfire is only one.

Soundwave's Visor is yellow. But his eyes are red.

Cerebros has a mouthplate & visor, because he has always been depicted with a mouthplate and visor. The transtector that turned into Fortress in Japan was a different guy, who hadn't a mouthplate or visor.

Primus created the Transformers, and the Quintessons just created more Transformers.

The Matrix of Leadership is not a replacement for the Creation Matrix, because the Creation Matrix is for creating and the Matrix of Leadership is for leadershipping.
