Looks to me the Autobots are a lot more powerful in the Transformers game. They have their own drone armies, Jazz takes on Starscream and Blackout by himself, and a few more quirks that would have been quite outlandish in the movie. I kinda like it. Makes the Autobots look a lot more formidable. What do you think of the storyline of the game?

its not bad but it's just too short. It took me 3 hours to finish it. There should have been more side missions. Here's some of my ideas
-Bonecrusher vs prime highway battle.

-Playen as bb and u have to shoot drones while being driven on the towtruck. Then take on brawl in a boss battle.

-Jazz vs megatron could have been a good battle.

- Bumble vs barricade highway battle barricade could knock bumble into a divider and they could have a highway fight that would be better than the game verson and if being played as barricade, u could plow through cars and bones could too! so ye i think if these missions were added tfs would be alot better but im still gonna buy it when if goes on sale to $20 anybody see it that cheap yet?

I didn't really see how BumbleBee had that many drone's to help him out in the early Decepticon missions, especially as he was supposed to be the only Autobot on Earth.

So in the Decepticon campaign, do any Decepticons die? Because in the Autobot campaign, don't bumblebee and Jazz die as part of the story?

in the decepticon campagn no.But in the autobot, barricade dies by bb, ironhide kills brawl, and jazz kills blackout and screamer and no bb survives and jazz gets sliced by brawl and in the decepticon no.

The game is a disgrace - awful gameplay, absurd storyline - and how come some drone with a mace keep Megatron at bay?!?

The game was horrible, but then it's a game based off a movie to be mass marketed to every single games device.

Storylines were ludicrous, Mr Bond's first post says all the things that should have been in the game, instead we get repetitive missions which are all the same. "We are kidnapping BB, but first we will fly around the city again and again for 15 minutes". Even the boss fights were repetitive!
What really annoyed me was.. The transformers have super weapons (shockwaves, shields, barge attacks etc) when you fight them. But when you PLAY as those characters, you don't get ANY of those weapons. It's like.. hey! Why didn't I have that when I was Bumblebee?
What little that was actually good was swiftly destroyed with that hideous "Action Zone". Making the only good part the fact you can press a button to transform at will.
In my opinion, there was no storyline.
And did anyone else notice in the cutscenes, Mikela and Sam put on a LOT of weight? Not exactly flattering for Megan lol

This game failed in every area, even the transforming wasn't as fun as I thought it would be, I bought this game mainly because you can transform, yet you can't jump off a building and transform in mid-air. Plus the combat was annoying, the storyline was lacking, the cgi cut scenes were cut short, they lasted seven seconds at the most. For the voice acting Welker was a good Megatron and I still don't understand why he wasn't used in the movie. Although the new guy is just as good. The mood of the game felt nothing like Transformers, even the movie had it's homage moments to the G1 series.

Bumblebee and Jazz do die in the Decepticon campaign....well...actually they ALL die.

The most disapointing thing to me about the game is the lack of destruction...sure you can blow up a building but when you come back three min. later it's built back up. Battles were weak and the side missions were lame, but unlocking G1 Starscream paint is still awesome!
