Well, I bought a second 'Cade for some parts to switch. When I finished, I had an extra, so, what did I do?
KITBASH!
I have no pics yet, but here's the rundown:
As of now:
I've removed or covered all but roof police markings, painted with gloss black all over.
Drybrushed silver, black, and red on him, painted face silver.
To be done:
Removal of sirens. I'm gonna fill in the holes.
643 on roof removed
Front bar reworked and dremeled for non-police look.
And possible re-paints over drybrushing if needed.

It's a start, at least.

Here's some alt mode pics. The roof needs it's modding, but it's almost done. Paint was sticky, so the alt was the safest way to display as of now.

As of now I've removed the lightbar and temporarily covered the roof 643 to see how it looks. The pics are attached.
The first is my work station, just so you all can gawk.
The second is a glamour shot with my hand.

The third is 'Cade next to my first Kibash, a military styled Energon Prowl.

Glad to hear it.
As of now, I had to halt work because of a mini-vacation to Virginia, and school has started up again. But, I'll try to get some work in and by Saturday it should be done.

oh...looks great...maybe hasbro should make a version of this...although barricades got 2 repaints already...this is looking really good though, keep up the good work
