There was a hyperactive cartoon called 'Animaniacs' on tv when I was a younger lad - maybe you are thinking of that?
I love your animation! The detail is awesome - the head motions are fantastic, and the transformations very slick (i love the way Bumblebee's back pack drops down and assembles - that must have been tricky!!).
