I stopped using Menclave. They just released episode 10. Frikken 10!

In the sub I watched, I assume he was killed, causing Ribbons and Revive to sense it. Revive isn't the kind of guy to get distracted by an ally simply getting shot and not killed. Plus, he WAS hit point-blank with a pair of GN cannons.

Simply put.

For Gundam, in order to be up to date, I'll check whatever has been uploaded to Youtube. I use Menclave for the copy I'll d/l for longterm watching.

If I watch anime on Youtube, it's because I'm only going to sample the series, and not waste hard drive space on an episode. YouTube's low-quality audio and video are the main problems. If I have to wait a little longer to be able to view it in HD (Considering most of the sites I visit have HD up BEFORE SD) then so be it.

Plus, I've learned to trust MKV format. I still prefer good ol' DivX, but I'll take what I can get.

I watch youtube anime while on my lunch at work, even as a test for a series I'll d/l a full episode so I can get decent quality, no breaks, and full credits. I hate how youtubers cut op/eds off, so what if it makes the episode longer, just leave it alone.

Gundam 00, Episode 15:

-Yep, Bring is dead. I only noted this because some weren't sure.

-You know, with the 0 Raiser docked, the 00 Gundam looks vaguely like the Wing Zero Gundam, which makes perfect sense considering that this is mostly a retelling of Gundam Wing. (Even though the second half is ripe with similarities to Zeta)

-Tieria believes that Setsuna will come back, which is weird, considering that Tieria repeatedly criticized Setsuna, and tried to kill him a few times.

-Smirnov's old friend, Hank Hercule, is the first person in the Federation to actually grow a pair and oppose the A-Laws. Making him the first Federation Official in Gundam who isn't an asshole or a wimp.

-The information about the Coup d'etat is given to Katharon, who promises to pass the info on to their cells, and Celestial Being. Apparently, no one in the Federation knew Katharon was on speaking terms with CB, even though it's not a hard connection to make. (Kathron opposes A-Laws, CB Opposed A-Laws)

-Smirnov's son, Andrei tries to convince Louise (Who has become about as emotional as Spock) to drop her grudge against Saji. After she walks away, Patrick tries to teach Andrei "The art of Love." Patrick is awesome.

-Billy meets Mannequin and...wait, didn't they know each other in College?

-Setsuna has a "Christmas Carol" moment, witnessing events such as him killing his parents. he then...disarms his past self? And then, his orders his parents not to let his child self out of the house? Okay, that's weird. but then, he meets the original Lockon, complete with eye patch, who tells him he can't change the past. Setsuna hears gunshots from his old home, and his child self walking out, pistol in hand. Charles Dickens wins again!

-Tieria puts a blanket on Mileina, who fell asleep in the hallway. She mutters "You can't fall in love with me..." presumably because Tieria is much too old to be dating a 14-year-old. (The question remains, however, exactly how old Tieria is)

-Patrick doesn't pilot an MS, instead flying the aircraft with Mannequin. She claims that she's going to use his luck as the Immortal Corlasour.

-The new Mobile Armor Emrpress isn't half-bad. It's able to not only penetrate Sevaree's GN Shield, but it can easily grab and electrocute any MS that gets too close.

-Setsuna leaves the Katharon base he was at to go kick some A-Laws ass.

-Also, Louise is shown with the glowing eyes that usually belong to Innovators, and Nena, when they access Veda.

-Right when the A-Laws get the chance to take down Celestial Being, (And right when Celestial Being gets a chance to send Marie out in the GN Archer) they're called back. The reason: Hercule and his faction have taken over one of the Orbital Elevators.

-Setsuna reasons that Ptolemy is heading for the Orbital Elevator, but all he sees there is Graham, in his new MS, Masurao complete with katana-shaped beam sabers, which are first colored pink (a typical color for beam weapons in Gundam), but are colored orange in the next shot. (More in line with the A-Laws orange beams) Graham shows off his MS's nice new trick: Trans-Am. BUM BUM BUMMMM!

-Ah, crap. For whatever reason, the sub group I went with didn't include the new end credits sequence, meaning they also left out the post-credits scenes, and the preview clip. Shows me for getting hasty!

It's clever, but I hate that term so much I want to punch people until they can't see in color.

EDIT:

Okay, after getting a second version, the post-credit scene wasn't removed (The post-credit scene was Graham using Trans-Am), but the end song (Which I actually didn't really like) and the preview clip still were. Which is BS.

Howdy folks. A selfish little post coming up if I may.

I have the first chapter of my Ga-Rei Zero fanfic ready for proof reading, and I'd like to subject you to it. This chapter is all about establishing relationships and the next chapter will be dedicated to a meaty fight scene (hopefully).

Please read and comment, as nothing would mean more to me than feedback, whether positive or negative.

And most of all, please enjoy!

I LOVE WEDDING PEACH!!!! It may not have that "classic" feel that Sailor Moon does, but it still rocks. That one villan with the green hair and red face paint (Still trying to learn the names) Sounds like Shadow the Hedgehog and reminds me of Prince Lotor. The intro may not be as catchy as Sailor Moon's, or have a guitar solo, but still is epic.

So I've whittled down the list of what I'm currently watching...

I dropped Asu no Yoichi at episode 3 despite how much I loved the first episode, it became very "meh" very quickly.

Still watching White Album, Slayers, Tytania, Rideback, Regios, Birdy the Mighty S2, Index and Skip Beat.

Toaru Majutsu no Index has really surprised me, I didn't think I was going to like it but it's been surprisingly engaging.

(Possibly more Linebarrel if subs ever come out, but I'm really on the fence about that one, it's not good but it's not bad either. It's just "there" if that makes sense.)

I've dropped Kannagi, Sora o Kakeru Shoujo, Toradora, Asu no Yoichi.

I'm currently on the fence about Kurokami and could go either way depending on what happens in the next few episodes.

And I haven't got a single comment on my fic anywhere *sob* so sad. Noone seems to be interested in Ga-Rei Zero and even less into Tokusen 4... I won't give up on them. <3

You are digging Wedding Peach, Great, I am actually glad that you took a recommendation from me. However...

Can you explain this "Classic Feel" PSSM ran 200 episodes between 92 to 97, while Wedding Peach ran it;s whole 51 episode between 95&96, Meaning Peach started and finished while Moon was on. The show was a rip-off designed to profit off of the existing popularity for Moon, but to each his own.

Guitar Riff.. Oh lord. Yes the english version has a riff but the original version of Moonlight Densetsu is better, not to mention the remixed version from S & SuperS.

Eric Carr??? Really??? How old were you when he died? Not that I am complaining, as his playing for KISS was great... Still he's no Yoshiki, but that man is a demon on the drums, and is the baseline i use for rock drumers. Man World Tour needs some X downloads.

Now now Tekka, careful on.

My explaination is why WP should have a similar or classic feel similar to PSSM.

As opposed to Chibi-Usa, who said and I
It may not have that "classic" feel that Sailor Moon does

Nuf Said??? And thanks again for the Skip Beat endorcement, I'm enjoying that one.

Ooh my bad. I only skimmed his post and thought you were asking him to explain why it had a classic feel, not why it didn't have a classic feel. orz Forgive me.

Isn't Skip Beat fantastic? That one will definitely go into my all time favourites. I am looking forward to episode 16 so much.

I'm only half way thru what has been released so far but it is pretty good. I do remember seeing it now in Shojo Beat, (one of my ex-roommates buys it) but wasn't interesting from what I saw.

The show however has good characterizations and pacing so it's quite enjoyable.

But in watching the first episode without any knowledge of the series and seeing her transform in the opening credits, I was worried about it being another Full Moon, I'm glad it's not.

It's going to be rather sad when the series comes to an end, because I just know I'm going to have to go to the manga. From what I've seen I don't think much of the art style but I'm willing to give it a chance. We'll see when the time comes.

Speaking of manga, I hope something interesting happens in Bleach soon. It's been week after week of non-stop mediocrity, all I want is for Orihime to get rescued, Aizen to get his ass whipped, and for characters to start finishing sentences. Then maybe we can finally move on to a more interesting plot line that doesn't involve months upon months of battle scenes that could have been cut down to a few weeks.

But then it is Bleach, I can't expect too much of a departure from the formula.
