Spent about more than 3 hours trying to transform it. Almost did it but I couldn't align the arms with them lower side pegs. I folded the hands on to its forearms but the thumbs kept getting in the way. Then I tranformed it back to robot mode. Did it little by little carefully. As I unhook the pegs in the rear of the car ,and popped up the roof by the bottom. One of the roof lower side panels had a thicker stress mark below and thinner one above it where it is molded. Luckily I used the blowdryer at close high frequency range on those areas for a couple of seconds ,and was able to get off the stress marks on the roof panel. Just when I thought Hasbro fixed them issues. I'm partly dissappointed with it. I've heard the takara version had weak roof panels proned to breakage. I see it hasn't changed with the Hasbro version. What do you guys think?

Honestly, their toys, nothing is perfect. their built by people not by God's. With everything their is imperfection.

just because something cost a lot & might be labeled masterpiece or another super-fiscial title. doesn't mean it's perfect nor should it taken as perfection.

I'm going to try again transforming mp Rodimus into a car. Is there a better way of folding his hands without its thumbs getting in the way when snapping its arms onto the peg on each side in car mode? And how can I avoid stress marks on the roof panels when transforming him? Thankyou!

I often use You-tube & watch a fan transform a TF toy i'm having trouble trying to figure out transforming.

Using u-tube is the best way not to break your toy. plus it often speeds up the transformation time.

I often hold my toy in my hands & do exactly what the guy does in the u-tube video, step by step.

Thanks but that isn't working and I've tried. I've seen some but I still don't get it. I'd definately like to know the way when transforming him back to robot on how to pop out the roof without stressing the roof panels?

I'll admit it can be a un-pleasant or pleasant experience watching some of these Transform TF toy reviews. depending on the guy doing the review it can go either way.

Sometimes I can over look a un-pleasant TF toy review on u-tube. because I figure it can't be a easy task to transform a super complicated TF toy on a time limit, talk at the same time, explain every detail to the viewer & so forth.

Personally I'd rather watch a u-tube video. instead of sitting their for long periods of time trying to figure it out on my own. sometimes i just don't want to break a new TF toy I bought. so these U-tube guys are a blessing in disguise.

there's none to be found in my neck of the woods. Honestly, i think the MP Roddy boat has cone and gone here.

Of course the TRU's in my town are TERRIBLE as far as I'm concerned. I think i'm going to see Dirge on the shelves for the rest of my life.

It was a bit hidden when I found him on the shelf. There were several this time when I went. Sometimes they can be hidden on back of another figure. Try looking a little harder.

I've tried again and it is still giving me fits. I aligned the legs right but I couldn't get the roof to go in. Luckily I didn't force it ,and no stress on the roof panels this time. I admit Hasbro did fixed the leg panel problem. They do come off sometimes but you can snap them back on and they are fine. What bugs me when you move the arms the chest easily pops out. There's a metal slot in the middle where you fold the upper portion of the chest and some of the orange paint is coming off already from its corners. The roof panels are my biggest concern. I know it was common problem for those to either stress them or snap them off in reference to the Takara one ,and even the plastic of the Hasbro one still looks thin in that area. I wonder if any person with the toys r us version here has any issues with them roof panels?
