Any news on the PX-03 Neptune

So what happened to PX-03 Reissue? Everyone really needs Sludge to finish off their FoC dinobot collection and Planet X seems to be moving out of the Cybertron line. Anyone have any updates on this?

I heard they canned it because of low preorders. I managed to snag one on Taobao, though, as part of a whole set.
