Tough call.. best bet would be to try out similar colors and see which one comes close. I like Tamiya and gamesworkshop paints. Both offer high quality and a nice variety

as far as hobby shops go, I suppose that your local Hobby lobby or (insert local hobbystore name) would be the best bet.
