It's been slow and steady for me on this one, but here are a few more pics. Sometimes it's nice to take that approach to projects. of course that can backfire on me when a project ends up sitting on a shelf for months because I've already moved on to my next project.
Anyway, here they are.

As you might have noticed, the knees are actually at slightly different heights. I've disguised it as best I could with the armor. Maybe I'll get them closer if I do a third version.

By the way, Scrapper might be the leader of the Constructicons, but as a foot he really is the weak link of the organization. I've come close to gluing him solid into foot mode several times during this project. This isn't just because this is a knock-off either. The real one I had as a kid was actually worse!
Anyway, here they are.

I've got a bit more work done on Devastator. Structurally he's just about there. Now all I have to do it find paints that're good matches for his colors. I'm fine with repainting all of his purple parts, so they're uniform, but it would be a waste to have to totally repaint him just because I can't match his green perfectly.
Anyway, here're the pics.

It's like he just doesn't care.

I will take any excuse to break out my World's Smallest Transformers!

DEVASTATOR SAY 'MAKE WISH!'

The hands are from a MicroMan set. How appropriate is that? I would have been perfect if they had five fingers, but 'you give a little, 'you get a little.
The MicroMan set is a part of a vehicle combiner set that merges into a sort of power-loader, exo-suit jobbie. The hands were chrome to start out with, so they look great where the paint is wearing off around the joints.
More to come!

WOW, that is awesome, a shame tho that he's missing a finger on each hand.
Damn now I really want myself some of them WST's and a Devy!

pure awesomeness. I can't wait until this is finished. Devastator is the best TF through the entire universe, and I love seeing retakes and mods on him

OH yea, the KO's look good but they would stand no chance against a real WST Devy from TAK.

Dare I say this is "constructive" criticism? Yep ... I did it, sorry.
Anyway, I can't wait to see how this turns out for ya. It has potential ... you got the joints all there. It'll be interesting to see how you build it up from there.
I may just be eating my words in a few weeks.
This was my post on page 1. I'm eating my foot right now.
GREAT job!!! I now see the "full" potential of awesomeness for this project..

Thanks! (I should have expected that would be the DJ's favorite shot!

AlienQuikSilver, don't sweat it!
Asepticon- I think that Hasbro's closed the book on this one, but thanks so much for the thought.
By the way- I found the package, and those hands are from a "Microman Biomachine Machinekong BM-04" set (on clearance now across America).

Whoa..How did I miss this? Muhaha...Devastator lives. I like how this is going so far. The pic with bee about to be ripped apart is awesome. One small concern/suggestion.
The torso area seems a bit too long..perhaps the crotch plate will help?

Damm that's looking good! I can't wait to see him painted. Yeah it would be tough if you had to repaint the whole thing. Beautiful bash, though.

The hydralics are well done, but I do think that he would look better with his crotch plate. Otherwise, he does look a tad skinny. Still an amazing job either way.
