Energon comic question

Postby Justicity » Sun Sep 09, 2007 9:01 am

Apparently Airrazor, Cheetor, Rhinox & Terrasaur appeared in an Energon comic as the four horsemen of Unicron (see image). My local comic store has lots of energon comics but I never got into the series. Being a big BW fan I'd like to take a look at their apperance in the comic. Anyone have any idea what issue(s) they appear in???

Y'know, I'm beginning to wonder if you guys know this thing even exists...

Nope, never knew that existed, I've only ever used the forums, the toy galleries & the news features on this site. Oh, & I guess Vector Sigma a couple of times...
Thanks for the heads up.

Sorry >.< I'm sure it wasn't wasted, I'm not really into the comics enough to look for appearances. My way of finding comics is looking through the local comic store & deciding if the art looks good, I don't usual focus on a few characters.

While it's a useful resource for what it is, there just isn't as much detail as other TF comic resources on the net, notably TF Archive and the wiki. I'm not meaning to be derogatory at all as the info present obviously involved a huge amount of both time and knowledge to put together, despite the odd flaw (Alpha Trion in Marvel US #1?). Now I know I'm going to regret this, and the timescale with which I'd be putting anything in might be a case of fits and starts but would it be of any use to you if I offered to start writing up some synopsis' for the issues to add to the info that's already present? If anyone else was interested in contributing (and I'm sure some folk have better knowledge of specific bits of the 20+ years of TF comic histoty than others, myself included) this could be quite an interesting group project that ends up adding to the site overall. Not sure if you'd be willing to administrate and add to anything along those lines Darth, but you'd be the obvious choice to head up such an undertaking as you're already in a position (as far as I can see) to approve and submit any additions to the comics database.

If I'm just talking rubbish please feel free to tell me so.

It took me 3 months on this board before I relaised that the VSD existed.
I know you have put in a crapload of work on it DB, and that it is ever expanding.

I really feel that it should feature more heavily on the site, more links to it and the like.
