Isn't a Euro like $1.15? I know it changes a bit. I think it wasn't a bad investment, just as long as they are cared for. I saw an Enterprise Christmas ornament for $25 last year!

Can you take a pic with them lit up and a litle less light? I've never seen those before. I really wanted that stupid little ornament but $25 is quite a bit of money for one. Still wondering how your money is worth more, yet things are more expensive for you. :(

Well the US is doing a lot of importing at the mo so I heared so it decreases in value in the open market, but that dosn't mean taht the people that pay with it every day notice that.
It's wiered and complex, plus Germany is the bigest tax conty in the world!
But it may be cos of imoprtshiping to Germany, Hasbro hase to pay more to be able to sell there stuff in the EU, so they put a bigger price tag on it.

This was dificult, cos it won't last for very long (the light-up function that is).

Definitely, nobody can touch the pound. I'd love to visit England one day but it'd cost me an arm and a leg. My grammy visited a while back and had a good time but she's pretty wealthy. When we're a bit older and after a couple businesses and an inheritence or two, we'll take the fam out to the UK for vacation. My hubby knows more about British history than most Brits probably do (unless you guys are better about that than Americans are. In German class a student actually asked "which side were the SS on?" D'oh!)

Oh, and I love those Star Trek things.

Weapon: Switch Blade Tail
25 Euros is equivalent to $34.49 USD.

$34.49 divided by five figures comes out to: $6.90 per figure. Which is cheaper than what they originally cost in the stores. Yes, you got a good deal.

Oh and that $6.90 per figure works out to be 5 Euro a piece.

Excellent deal, especially considering the bases still work.

Now we know why Jaywalking is so popular, cause some Americans is so dumm! The professor (a German) just stood there with this expression like, can you really be THAT stupid? The sad thing is, I told my friend that story, and she didn't know either!

At least Americans have nicer teeth. :P

Those are nice. I'm not a Trekkee, but I like those.

Yeah, the world economy is complex and crazzy!

I went to Germany a few years ago and it was my favourite vacation yet. I only lost $.25 on the dollar.

I went to the UK two years ago(Got married in Scotland). Had a great time, but lost $.50 on the dollar, that really sucked. Luckily we had a place to crash for a week. If we would have had to pay for lodging for the two weeks we were there, we would have been too poor to enjoy the honeymoon.

Went to Ontario, CA, last year. We were up $.05 on the dollar. Damn the Canucks are catching up to us. They said it sucked, cause it's not that much cheaper than it used to be.

Italy's on the plate for next year. I haven't been watching the Euro vs the Dollar, but I guess that I should to get the best X-fer rate.

I know GIGA did some KO of TF's back in the '80's. I was hopping to find some at some sort of swapmeet(or whatever they have overthere).

In italy you will find lots of cheap ass shops with nothing but KO toys, ore if your lucky you'll find a real toyshop with prices that'll let you cry.

Basacly the real toyshops will have some old toys from the 90's but I don't know about the stuff from the 80's.
