Please help identify a transformer from my childhood!!

I had this transformer when i was a kid and i cant remember his name! :sad:

He was a Decepticon, a helicopter with a dark greenish paintjob, i remember that his propeller went on his arm and it could spin around. He wasn't a very big transformer, he's on the medium to small size

Does someone know who this transformer is?? #-o

I'm not completely sure. I think this was around 1993-1994.
